Like my thermal teacher is amazing and wonderful sir they have amazing knowledge and wonderful mind set about everything.
Scholarships are very good, and dtu scholarships and govt scholarships like mcm are easily getable.
Placement is pretty amazing. also it is one the best core jobs providing universities in india.

Dislikes

The scholarships and financial assistant are there but they are not that easy to avail.
Due to recession less companies are coming in college which is affecting all over placements.
Hostel not provided to delhi region students...dtu has enough space for hostels but not made.. day scholars suffers alot...a very big disadvantage

The DTU Tales

Likes

The first and one of the best positives of DTU are their placement records in most of their branches.
The beautiful and lavish green campus of 164 acres of DTU is worth writing here as one of their biggest positives.
The fests of DTU are just amazing. Even a normal freshers feel like a fest here.

Dislikes

The large crowd here. DTU intakes a lot of students every year and because of which you feel the campus very crowdy in any event.
Due to 85% quota for delhi students, the diversity is not that great as in any national level college.
Delhi students dont get hostels so they have to rely on expensive PGs.

Placement Experience:

The placements at DTU is just too good. A major percentage of students get placed every year. Nearly 87% of students from my branch IT got placed this year even after in recession. And this percentage used to be 96% previous year. Every big company like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Apple etc. visits the campus. The highest package offered in DTU is 1.08cr and the average for tech branches is around 24L and for overall college is 17-18L.

Likes

College life-DTU is known for its college life
Placement -DTU while having so many students we still have a decent percentage of selection and a decent average package
Exposure-DTU gives u ab environment which I think no other college can give while enjoying your life u study as well participate in events as well it gives u a lot of opportunities

Dislikes

The peer group because due to many type of reservation such as state quota and other the crowd here is not as good as compared to its other competitors such as nits
State quota system-here in dtu there are 85% seats reserved for Delhi students me which gives the unfair advantage
So many seats for a particular branch-as I belong to CSE branch here we have 503 student which is very bad number for a government engineer college

Placement Experience:

Placement here is good and a lot of big names like Facebook Google Microsoft come here for placement most of the students who work hard gets placed here with decent package average package for cse goes around 24 lpa with placement percentage around 80% which is I think good because student in cse are around 503

I liked the campus,the teachers,the class rooms
The amenities the hostels the council authority
The various societies of top companies the reputation

Dislikes

The water supply is not regular sometime it is stopped
The water drainage system is not maintained

Placement is very good by this college for the top branch bachlor of computer scoence and engineering like highest was 1.84 crores in 2021. 1.62 crores In 2022 84 lakhs in 2023 so the average is maintained from 23.4 to 23.98 lpa

Faculties are fabulous.. They help you learn from scratch about the respective course
Campus is amazing and profs are chill with mass bunk most of the time.
Intership opportunities, exposure and mainly DTU have a lot of societies with great alumni network

Dislikes

You have to walk a lot inside the campus as 2 vehicle are not allowed after certain limit.

Placement Experience:

Placements are on of the USP of DTU.. Placement stats are consistently going up. Even in core branches like environmental, biotech, mech then avg package is above 11-12lpa. And the avg placements is about 70 percent in core and in tech it ranges from 85-90 prevent. Avg of tech branch is 18 lpa.

Likes

The hostel and night life is one of the best among most of delhi colleges.
Placements in core branches are better than most colleges in delhi
Alumini network is best among most of the tier 1 colleges

Dislikes

High college fees and yearly increment in fees
Hostel facilities and mess facilities are pathetic
Scholarship scheme are very bad as they aren't providing deserving amount of aid to students

Placement Experience:

In 3rd year students became eligible to apply for on campus internship programs and in 4th year for placement offers. Very reputed companies like Google Amazon etc came for placements last year and provides multiple offers too for deserving students. The placement percentage is about 70-80% every year.

Is DTU worth it ?(Yes, it is !!)

DTU’s campus feels like a mini city, with cutting-edge labs, well-equipped classrooms, and top-notch research centers that make learning and experimentation exciting.
The lush green, spacious campus offers plenty of sports to relax, hang out with friends or find a quite place to study
The central library is spacious and has numerous books to master your course ,online resources and journals

Dislikes

Everything seems good anout it nothing to dislike but increasing seats and reservations make the competition intense.

Course Curriculum Overview:

DTU computer science course is very well updated coping up with today's industrial demands. With this couse one gets very well equipped with real-world applications,can take up competitive programming. Exams happen twice a sem , one is mid sem and other is end sem; along with various assignments,tutorials for the prepration.

DTU (IIT BAWANA)

Likes

DTU is a great university with a good campus life
Best thing about DTU is its seniors, they will guide u from nowhere to really every where. I still remember my first day at college, I met an CSE branch senior who showed me the whole college.
It's sports complex, you can find students playing there even during late nights. Play whatever you like except badminton and pool because these games have got the most crowd there.

Dislikes

DTU doesn't provide hostel facilities to everyone.
Most of the professors don't come to class whole semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is designed in a good way, that you can cover all aspects of computer applications and get placed in good company this course covers all the imp topics which are required for job and placements . Teaching methods are basic. Semester exams are not that difficult.

Delhi Technological University- one of the best engineering college of India

I really like the campus architecture and the classes that we have, the courses are very much relevant as per the selected stream.
The faculty is really good, they are lenient and the attendance is not really an issue most of the times. They are highly qualified and make learning a fun experience.
The fests conducted in DTU are truly the most fun aspect of the college, they are grand and a lot of companies invest in these fests. famous people are often invited in these fests.

Dislikes

The preparatory leave between midsems are quite few and many a times, the exams get over within a week, which is quite hectic.

Placement Experience:

The placements are quite good from our college, an average student in Information Technology or Computer Science would be bagging a 25LPA package easily, which is a lot for a beginner. The brand name of DTU is enough to amplify your resume and the companies coming for placement opportunities are also a lot in this college.

Amazing campus with a ton of facilities and opportunities. Seniors are interactive and always ready to help.
Internship opportunities are plenty. Also a lot of accomplished individuals are invited regularly to give us motivation.

Dislikes

The college is in a quiet remote location.

Placement Experience:

Students in the 3rd year start getting placed here. The placement percentage varies from branch to branch but overall it is decent. MNCs like Google, Microsoft, Amazon visit us for placements and we have been getting 1Cr packages also

The curriculum and the environment here in the college is commendable
Coding culture is top notch as we get a hell lot of competition to learn n grow
Fests , Delhi technological University fests are the one to watch for

Dislikes

Old infrastructure which is now being replaced with new building
It's location as it's far away in a village sort off place
Boy to girl ratio of college is so less due to girls quota in IGDTUW n NSUT

From 7th sem starting companies start coming and you are eligible for companies and many reputed companies made offers to Students of our college and many of the students banged those offers as well .
