- There are many scholarships available for the students which can help the students in many ways it help the needy people who cannot afford fees or have better excellence .
- They professor and teachers were friendly and had great knowledge of in their subjects
- The application form, fees and admission dates was pretty available on the website and everything was also provided on the college brochure!
Dislikes
- The condition of the rooms is very bad and it is requires renovation .overall i pay 6000 a month for my hostel room .. mess is 950 which is included in 6000
- Political group are quite active. students are also not getting hostels easily therefore its quite difficult for student from from faraway to survive. attendance policy is also very strict.
- It only provides a fan , a bed , and a almirah which in most cases is faulty .

- Almost every teacher is highly qualified!
- Great crowd! Like u will get students from different state Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand Uttar pradesh
- Very great environment and moreover Collage provides seminar webinar for students !
Dislikes
- Collage election! The college environments become very angry when it comes to election fights happens
- 60-70%class are without AC! AC are in only lab,staff room,office and only in high fees class like BA
- Collage is little small as compare to big private university! Ofcourse fees is low but still
Placement Experience:
Sorry not idea ! As I my fresher to I also don't have such knowledge about the Collage
70 to 80% gets placement and it depends upon your CGPs also ! More over 10 to 20 company visit as maybe ! Not sure

- Polite and humble staff along with special redressal committee

- Poor infrastructure of college like there is no air conditioners in classes
- Lack of proper maintainace of building of college
Placement Experience:
Students from final year are eligible for placements and students from 2nd year or 4th sem are eligible for internships specifically for b.com course as in intership you get to visit some near industry and see their book of transactions along with to learn their managing style to run a business

- Every class room have atleast 6 air conditioner
- The teachers are very cooperative and helful

- This cillege is more of academic centric so some times one might feel bored
Course Curriculum Overview:
The bcom course popularly known as bachelor's of commerce
I was allures beacuse subjects it offers accounts economics etc.
And the way thus campus helps in study is above yhe expectations
I guess there is no much improvement requiredd
Difficulty level is moderate and as i said earlier. Teachers teaching method makes everything easyy

- Our college infrastructure with comparison to other colleges in Chandigarh was much better buildings are proper developed and classes and technology and use of projectors, every class is maintained and if something bothers we can raise concern.
- Our college canteen makes healthy food, it’s not a high maintenance canteen but they take care of hygiene in every basis of the system as food is important and is served properly which is good
- We have so much participation and clubs that makes the environment more energetic since children work actively in every department and learn a lot from there and college support these actives in many ways which is good
Dislikes
- We although have maintained classes but we do lack air conditioning system and it gets hard in summer time when it is at peak , we have ac in some departments but mostly we don’t if that could be fixed would be great
- During elections it gets hectic in our college because students are quite energetic even police have to come to calm things up so everything gets a lot messier that usual during that days
- We should have atleast some amount of compulsory attendance since we can offer fine system students take things lightly which created issue for later but over all not much but some action should be taken on people not attending classes anytime

We have a proper placement cell where a team is elected where students are included as well to carry out process smoothly, we have a condition that a student with all cleared exams can sit in placement we might cross out a lot of applications but percentage of people that are selected is u can 80% average package is around 600000 rupees related to the role of eithe accounts audit assistant

- There are many undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes offered in collage.
- There is a very entertaining 3 day collage fest every year in March. and small acts and dance events regularly take place in collage.
- Collage also offers facilities for students interested in sports. all sports equipment’s for almost all games are provided by collage, and coaching is also provided.
Dislikes
- Outsiders can enter collage easily, there is no restriction.
- Infrastructure could be better and attractive

Students become eligible from the last semester of the degree for the campus placements.
Infosys , TCS , Mahindra tech, Axis bank , HDFC bank, Aditya Birla, Airtel, Byju's, Amazon, etc are the companies visited for campus placement,
Average campus placement for 3year undergraduate course is 2.4 lakh rupees,
318 students from 3 years undergraduate course were placed.
Highest salary package offered at DAV College Chandigarh has ranged from 7 LPA to 37 LPA.
After getting degree I will go for post graduation (
MBA)

- I like that the college focuses on study part as they do not take it as a mere subject.
- The teaching faculty is good as teachers are mostly good in nature
Dislikes
- The classrooms are not well air conditioned.
- There are very few college events here in the campus.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course gives us some what practical knowledge and also theoretical knowledge about what we have to deal with in future if we go on with this stream further. Also the exams are conducted on semester basis but there are monthly exams checking the average performance and marking the internals.

- The college clubs are really fun to join.
- The fines for attendance shortage are quite nominal
Dislikes
- No ac classrooms and it becomes really hot in summers
- No internships are provided by the college
- There are hardly any college fests and it leads to boredom
Placement Experience:
Our college provides placement, famous companies such as deloite visit our college but the average packages they provide is just 5-6 lpa which is quite less in the modern world. After this degree we have to pursue a post graduation in order to get a good package.

- Teachers was very punctual and dedicated towards studies there method of teaching was effective ,college environment is very positive, developed infrastructure, easy to access books from library ,campus amenities was very good as well

College arranges seminar for each COURSE which able the students to explore there real time experience towards Their goal .
The exam were help on half yearly basis includes mid semester exams as well.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose this courses because i want to do job in banking sector . I didn't think they need any improvement overall it was good e,exam timing is 3 hours and sometimes according to the marks of exam were decided the timing of exam
