Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum isn't very nice but also very knowledgeable which helps to learn business elements like there are subjects for stock market digital marketing etc which are thought under same course without any extra fees

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 28730 per year

Placement Experience

Students from final year are eligible for placements and students from 2nd year or 4th sem are eligible for internships specifically for b.com course as in intership you get to visit some near industry and see their book of transactions along with to learn their managing style to run a business

Fees and Financial Aid

So the first year fees is 27830 and every year it keeps increasing for 2nd year you will pay 38000 annually and for 3rd and final year fees comes to 48000rs annually also there is scholarship for some students every year ammounts to ruppes 5000 to 15000

The overall infrastructure of college is not very good as it is a semi govt. Run institute there are no proper events availability of books is very good they have separate sections for each book in Fully air conditioned library however students run their own clubs in college campus but not at large scale

I choose this college for its reputation in people around the areas like this college is very popular locally and in near cities for its teachers and teaching style The admission process for college is quite easy you have to apply for it online in student portal Punjab they then publish a merit list for edible students and starts admission process their own after confirming from students about their admission in the college

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is 2.1 and for my course the best faculty is the H.O.D mrs harvinder kaur mam who is a best professor I meet helps to solve every problem related to anything in college even Mr. Chetan and Mr. Jyoti prakash are also very good teachers treats students politely and helps them a lot Exam structure is semester wise for b.com there is 7 exams per semester of 100 marks each in written form which decreases every year for 2nd year there are 6 subjects and for 3rd there are 5 exams are conducted by Punjab University Chandigarh

My Honest Experience at DAVIET

Placement Experience:

In btech form the 8th semester students become eligible for campus placements. the highest placement is for 70,00,000 Lpa in btech. students of MBA also hold chances for placements. The placements are not in big 4 but still in genuine and great companies.

Few things weren't there but it was worth it.

Our college was good with academics and our faculty was great but the unfamiliar ways of behavior towards several things were very unacceptable. Like, girls weren't allowed to wear capries or boys and girls weren't allowed to stand and talk, it was taken as something wrong. This waS very stupid and very narrow minded.
