NITW- A legendary campus

Faculty is really good here. They explain everything really clear
The atmosphere here is really very good.

Dislikes

Campus area is small. It's 250 acres only as compared to other campus are around more than 500 acres

From 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Almost 70-75 companies visit to our campus. Almost 100+ offers are made here. Highest package here is 88LPA and Average package is around 15LPA. 95% placement percentage here.

Campus is so wide,you can roam all across the campus and still can't explore total.Area of nit Warangal is 240 acres.
There is No ragging which is normally present in many BTech colleges.

Dislikes

There are some strict rules which are of no use,but still they kept them.
Canteen is not having any proper place to sit.

Placement Experience:

At the end of 4th year 1 semester placements will starts and you need to get atleast 6.5 cgpa to be eligible for campus placements. Campus placements percentage is decent around 85% , almost all of the students get placed easily.The highest package is 84 lakh and average package of BTech is around 15 lakh.almost 200 companies had visited last year.

Review of nit Warangal

Likes

College does not allows any plastic item inside
College has huge play ground and many gaming areas

Dislikes

Mess is very bad and the food will not be good
Washrooms will not clean every day and not hygiene

Placements of nit Warangal was very good .last year the highest package was 88 lakhs per annum which is highest among all nits. The student who placed with highest package is from cse.before last year highest package is 62.5 lakhs per annum from ece

Campus I like our campus very much it is really beautiful
I like the exposure our campus brings to us

Dislikes

Assignment and lab records as an ECE student I don't like those

Placement Experience:

We have internship program in our college so if a student gets an internship and is offered a ppo he can have a job by the start of 4th year we start getting internships from 3rd year . Placements start from 4th year. Goldman Sachs,Uber, Microsoft are few renowned companies that vistis our college and about 95% student are placed every year.

sports ,each sports have their own value wger inter nits are conducted

mess, mess food will be worst comparitive to other nits
infrastructure hostels bathrooms are not much better

placements are much better comparitive to iits and other nits highest package is around 88 lakhs.and average package will be around 14 lakhs.mtech coursses are also offerd for the students with above 8cgpa.internships are less in number comparitive to placements.

Likes

I liked the nights roaming on roads with my friends
Going to movie's at night shows with friends of myn

Faculty of 1st year and every year they get frustrated

Here at 4th year 1st sem we get placements at 3rd yr 1st sem we do internship highest package is 82 00 000 and average is 19 to 22 00 000 .93 percentage students placed and remaining for masters at abroad

Likes

We are Very Happy About the Place because it At The Centre of the City.
We are Happy About the Placement Opportunities.

Dislikes

The Main thing is Attendance Criteria, Which was 80 percent.
We are Unable to Have a Option to Eat a Good Meal Now,Because the Food Street was Closed

Placement Experience:

Placements of my College is Very Good,Almost 90 percent were placed in Companies.If No Campus Placement is offered employability or plans after completing the course is Like Going to Do Mtech and May Be He/she will be Taking his Career in a Different Genre/Path.

An overview of NIT Warangal

Likes

The campus, club culture, the people in the campus
laboratory facilities, sports facilities, classroom timings

Dislikes

The mess food could be better and the hostel facilities can be improved
The professors need to be more sympathetic to the students needss

Placement Experience:

The campus placements in our college are definitely the best amongst all NITs. We have the opportunity to sit for internship drives at the beginning of our 5th semester and for placements at the beginning of the 7th semester. Most of our fellow students get PPOs (pre placement offers) at the same company where they have interned.

Story of NitW

Likes

The Supporting seniors, they help in academic and personal
The fests and the college ambience, the film club screenings

Dislikes

The college doesn't have a proper maintenance of the ground
There is a new rule of college criteria for cultural organisers

The ece course is very good as it's flexible to shift to core and software domains easily and the professor makes the teachings in a way that motivates you to move towards the core, the course was designed during the NEP time with the guidance of iti.

I like the placements training department here they do a vey good job

Its very hard to sustain with the mess food

as i mentioned before students need to work on their skills and should not depend solely on college . one with good skills can easily crack a 20 to 30 lpa this year in phase 1 highest was around 88LPA and avg around 21LPA . u need to have cgpa grater that 7.5. out of 100 eligible students around 90 get placed . after my degree i will do a software job
