- Lancaster University in Bailrigg is located just south of Lancaster city centre, which houses the majority of teaching facilities, student accommodation, colleges, sports centres, and administrative offices.
- The university has developed two more sites: the Health Innovation Campus, situated adjacent to Bailrigg, which focuses on advancing healthcare, medicine, and innovation through partnerships with businesses and providers; and Forrest Hills, a nearby venue set in natural surroundings that is used for conferences, leadership programmes, and outdoor events.
- The university has an award-winning library and world-class sports facilities, and the University has a health centre on campus, which is a part of the NHS.

- Action learning based course and college. The faculty gives practical knowledge and real-life training sessions, consulting projects and presentations. There is "zero" bookish approach towards teaching.
- The faculty members are very passionate. My coordinator Pete Cornwall was amazing and ensured a smooth onboarding, along with Gillian Parry. Andrew Bagshaw was an amazing mentor and was always there to help students. Dr. Robyn Remke is the director of MBA, needs no introduction, she genuinely wants you to succeed. I think Lancaster has one of the best faculties across UK colleges for MBA.
- The culture of the university is great, they hold a lot of events including international trips, alumni events, networking events and many more to keep the students engaged.
Dislikes
- The cost of the MBA is too high with respect to it's course period. Its a one-year intensive course and the workload is way too high.
- The college is located in a very small town near Manchester, called Lancaster, so it is a country side with absolutely minimal facilities. This impacted my overall experience.
- The college had negligible diversity and there was also bias with respect to local job market and opportunities. So as an Indian, I faced that bias, which I felt is one of the most negative parts of being in this university.

- My accommodation was also found by my agent; he suggested I should apply to the accommodation provided by the university.
- There were no challenges, as my agent filled all the forms required to submit an application for student housing at the campus in the university.
- Yes, I will only recommend student accommodation provided by the university inside the campus, as it's the most beautiful campus, self-sufficient, self-reliant, affordable (as compared to other housing), and more social. Events were hosted here, there were social hubs to socialise, bars to hang out, and restaurants to eat. and so many things under one area.
- Accommodation is on the campus. Most students stay on the university campus. About 90%.

- The university campus is huge and the most beautiful campus I have ever seen. If a student decides to enroll to Lancaster University, they should definitely arrange their stay inside the campus for the best experience.
- The faculty is top class and the MBA director (Robyn Remke) is an amazing leader. Her lectures shouldn't be missed. She is the most amazing guide, coach, and mentor you can ever speak with. She has an open door policy, you can reach out to her at any point. Apart from that, even the faculty is amazing. The leaders help you with your professional resumes and help you with any information you require to apply for a job. Lancaster University is known for their faculty. They even arranged meet ups with potential employers.
- To teach us 2 courses from ground up (Operations and international business), the university took us to 2 international trips in the Europe (Prague and Germany) and this has been the most enriching and wonderful experience a student can get in the UK. This was by far the best experience.
Dislikes
- The course is packed in one year, so the curriculum seems rushed. There are very strict deadlines and the first half of the course might seem unsettling and out of place. Sometimes there is no gap between 2 courses, while you have just submitted your paper, you might have to rush to another one quickly. This didn't give us time to absorb one course properly.
- The ethnicities ratio could have been way better. Our class was filled with Indians and very few other people from other countries. This could be off-putting for a lot of people. This could definitely impact one's experience in the university. MBA batches especially were impacted by this.
- While our course did have networking events, the campus was never too engaging. There could have been more campus specific events so that folks from different courses, years, undergrads, grads could meet up and network on their own.

They allow food, pool, board games, and drinks there, and they also host matches there. Lancaster university also has a student organization that helps new admissions with any challenges.

- It was hostel on campus (provided by the university).
- 600 pounds per month for 1 room (Attached bathroom)
- No challenges; the university allots the accommodation. Just be early to fill in the form.
- Yes, always take university accommodation. Saves a lot of time and money. And better for socialising.
- The accommodation was on the campus. It is very close to where all the classes are held. So it makes it easier for everyone to commute on time.

- There is only one Campus at Lancaster, which is good as all the buildings are together, which gives you a good campus feel. All major facilities are available on campus, like the library, gym, emergency hospital, labs and playgrounds. The gym is one of the best in the city and has various levels of memberships.
- I recommend taking a full-year membership as soon as your program starts to make the best use of it. Every year, a sporting event called the Roses happens between Yorkshire University and Lancaster University, which is very famous. There are a lot of clubs, so there's something for everyone. I was a part of Lancaster Nightline and thoroughly enjoyed it.

- I used the agency called MSL; they were really good. I had no complaints. There are a lot of other student agencies in Lancaster. If you prefer campus life, student accommodation on campus is decent. But I preferred city accommodation. All bills are usually included in the rent and the deposit is refunded once you move out. Accommodation in the city is 20 minutes away from the University.

- Quality of education offered at the university is quite high. Professors with distinguished careers teach her and makes for a nice environment.
- Campus is extremely nice. Spacious, green and airy during the summers. All important places are quite easily accessible and has plenty of nook and corners with their own charm.
- Accommodation is expensive but worth it. The overall management is quite good and the turnaround time for any complaint is extremely quick.
Dislikes
- The town is quaint. There not much to do in Lancaster. Its big enough to spend a year but beyond that it is quite a dull town.
- There's everything you need on campus from accommodation to general groceries but it is on the expensive side.
- The term is planned in a way where it has ebbs and flows. Some weeks are extremely heavy and some weeks are dull, its never in a balance.

- College has only one campus.
- All facilities that are needed are present, including a fully functioning gym and library.
- Roses is an inter-university competition between Lancaster and the University of York and has a deep history and legacy.
- Extracurriculars are dependent on the individual but there are all the options one can imagine on campus. There are a lot of sports clubs that students sign up to and the list of clubs easily stands over 50.

- I used the college website to find my accommodation.
- Monthly rent is about £700/month.
- I did not find any challenges, as the university accommodation process was simple. All students who get an admit get a link to book their accommodations so it was quite easy to do. I would recommend staying on campus.
- The on-campus accommodation was about 10 minutes away from my classroom.

- Single campus divided into multiple colleges. All the facilities are available. Be careful with your bikes; don't leave them outside. Thieves do operate in the area.
- Most of the events are organised for and by undergraduates. Based on your interests and free time, you can participate in any extracurricular activity you want. They have multiple clubs, from chess to rugby, from poetry to comedy and from astronomy to kwiditch.
- The competition is fierce and the companies are not willing to sponsor visas. If you have a PSW, you are most likely to secure a job in 6 months, but getting your employer to sponsor you is a bigger challenge.
- The average salary that students land is around 35k pounds. There are various job portals and recruiting agents that help you find jobs.

- Good Environment - campus, library, stores, accommodation
- Pushes individual logical thinking - the projects are designed to improve the person's ability to provide logical reasoning
- The number of activities - Plenty of clubs and societies within the uni
Dislikes
- I would have been happy if I had more technical modules for my course.
- Should have dealt more with the defensive side of cyber security.
- I feel some modules were not required and could have been replaced by some other relevant mods.

- University portal provides some options for both on campus and external accommodations. I chose on campus accommodation.
- Within campus accommodation there are lot of options. I had taken a superior ensuite room for which the rent was around 177 GBP per week.
- I didn't face any challenges, there are plenty of options and you are also provided an option to list any special requirements.
- It was 10-15mins walk away.

- There were nine colleges in the university. And only one campus is used for the postgraduate studies. The rest of the eight campuses are used for the undergraduate studies.
- Three of the colleges are located on the side of the main cluster. and the remaining colleges are located near the main cluster of buildings which consists of classrooms, lecture halls, research laboratories and the library.
- There is large area for sports and there is an excellent sports center with a great gym.

- The accommodation I found was the campus accommodation. I chose it on the University website itself as I did not look for other accommodation as it was located far from the university.
- I chose a standard accommodation and it cost around 410 GBP per month. In that we were given individual rooms with shared bathroom and a common kitchen for 6 people.
- There were other accommodation options with private bathrooms as well with its appropriate price.
- As it was a University accommodation it was located inside the campus itself.

- Lancaster University offered an hybrid model for studies in which along with the physical classes the recorded lectures were also provided for revising the lectures. Also if you are not able to attend any lecture you can do it later at your preferred time which I liked the most.
- Lancaster University offered extra help for international students they prepared and educated them of the challenges any individual can face during there time and provided us with the information of where we could get help from such as financial advice sessions , career preparation sessions , MATH session which is revision session for critical modules such as mathematics and statistics.
- Lancaster University offered extra support for females and mothers. I was a mother of 2 year old when I went for my studies. They offered flexibility also on campus pre school facility for kids which gave me proper time for my studies and achieve a great success in my degree.
Dislikes
- Lancaster University campus offered limited food options and because of that students need to visit the city centre frequently for fulfilling there needs.
- At Lancaster university comparatively limited placements opportunities are their students need to do their own research and work if they want to get a job after they finish there studies.
- Lancaster University is comparatively expensive in terms of tuition fees and accommodation fees which is why students prefer to find accommodation in city centre.

- Yes I recommend using university accommodation in campus as they offer security and other services and also have porters office for emergency contact or needs. It was in the campus itself where if i go downstairs the lecture halls were 2 mins walk.
- The only challenge is that it is expensive then what u will get outside of campus but it is vert convenient to stay on campus and save time for studies.
