Great College

It would be great if they focused on improving the academics as much as they focus on improving the infrastructure. The teaching faculty to have a better spoken english and find more ways to get all the students involved and paying attention

The course is very well structured and after the college has become autonomous, we have topics that we would not have had otherwise. the practicals are also based with respect to the industrial perspective and they are very well explained and performed on a small scale

The college has a placement cell that helps all the arts and commerce students to get placed and the faculty at the placement cell would make sure all of your doubts are solved and quite recently they also started the placement for science students

All sorts of events are very warmly celebrated, be it good friday or diwali or the college fest, kshitij, itself. everyone takes part in the organising and has fun doing so. the outcome is equally beautiful

Feasible. the fees is very affordable and students from all income groups can get an admission easily. they also arrange a couple of scholarships which helps students who cannot help themselves but have the will to study

I have not availed any sort of scholarship but i have heard of there being some scholarship in the college, moreover the college has a gujarati quote that helps students and the fees can go to as low as about Rs.50

There are a lot of extracurriculars that are organised by the student council or the cultural committee that involves all students right from the 11th grade to possibly 2nd year masters students. the labs are very well equipped and are harmless if experiments are performed carefully

I have not opted for the hostel option as i live near the college but there are a lot of options around the college and people are always standing outside the college gate to help us and hand out card or brochures that have details regarding hostels

The senior students are very open and helpful. they would solve doubts and help with anything related to academia or within the college premises. The alumni is very renowned and are happy to help the college in any and every way they can

Filled admission forms online and the merit list was released on the website. I was selected and took an offline admission. I had to make a demand draft that had to be submitted to the college along with all necessary documents

the faculty is very helpful and communicative. they are open to all sorts of questions and can give an easy explanation to even the most complicated mechanisms and theoretical parts. They could have a little more control over the class and it'd be a great faculty
