Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is very great and my future is very much aligned because of this pol science honours course. A real world preparation our teachers take us to visit and give practical examples. I feel like teacher should increase involvement with students more I feel like semester exams are less productive than early exams Earlier one exam final exam was there and students for preparing for whole year to give that exam but now semester exams syllabus is covered in 4 months and we don't get time to study.
Internships Opportunities
Some publicity companies advertisement companies and media companies Like lallan top , Aaj Tak etc Offered internships. I like it survey of various companies heavy went for some cultural events. Many internships were based on their requirement. Some calling jobs also. Brindavan media team helping advertisement
Placement Experience
The highest package which which happened in our college was 36 lakhs and days average package of 5 lakhs so I think so that a good student will get a good package in our college but Being in safe side I have other options also of doing masters and and doing jobs based on my internships Almost 40 to 50% students get placed My plan is to prepare for government exams and do masters
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees is 13000 Tuition fees is 10000 Batch mates is having same fees no change because because of category The scholarship provided is almost 80% which is reimbursed by the college only thank you
Campus Life
The annual festival in our college is Priyadarshini It happens mostly in February or March this time it's happening in February 1st week Library is very good and quit a good range of books are available there from fiction to all academic books. Sports and stick curricular activities are of top notch They are many student run society as its Delhi University societies are very good of music, dance drama.
Admission
I got admission from CUET so I applied for almost 30 colleges but I got selected in first round in Motilal and then second was my dyal singh college and I got my preference college and my best course for me pol sci honours. There was not as such any eligibility 12th pass was required Admission process is from cuet exam
Faculty
Almost 60 students per one teacher I love Rakesh sir he is the my favourite teacher because the way he teaches politics Teachers and faculty of Indian constitution is is very outdated they don't promote wholesale development of students There are two semester exams and some internal exams in the year
Night Life
There is not much of nightlife but very close to our college is Lodhi garden The college is in the porsch area of South Delhi There is no hostel and campus timing is from morning 8 to evening 6. Famous hangout places are mini Market, Lodhi garden, Majnu ka Tila, Khan Market.
