Likes

There are multiple water coolers places in various areas of college
The ground is very large and even the rock garden

Dislikes

There is no auditorium which makes it difficult to conduct events
The teaching faculty is not the best, teachers do not teach well
The food in canteen is often unhygienic which has lead to health issues

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is well framed however not very relevant in today's world. The syllabus is outdated which often makes it un interesting. The difficulty of exams is very minimal, often includes same pattern

My Name is Teesha Senani, I'm in my second year on undergraduate degree. My college fees in Sri Venkateshwara College is 21,000. It includes ?12,000 tuition fees, 4,000 registration fees, 3,000 examination fees and Incaed fees ?2,000 Scholarships available are Dr V.K.R.V Rao Endowmented Book Grant, Dr GS Sarin Scholarship

Campus Life

My college fest nexus is held in last week of February or first week of March. The facilities is classroom as okayish because there are no curtains so projector light is not visible. Sports and extracurriculars offered are good but strict attendance criteria becomes a barrier

Admission

I applied to NMIMS and Symboisis but I wished to study in DU because it was a government college and it has a very good culture with diverse students from different backgrounds. I gave CUET and the cut off for my course was 752/800.

Faculty

Some of the faculties are actually helpful, they conduct interactive classes and give interesting assignments. However some of them only come and just give lectures for 1 hr and do not react well to questions.

Night Life

There is a place called Satya Niketan in front of my college, it includes food joints such as Burger Singh, Douful, Belgian Waffle. The crowd however is not very good, and most of the people are smoking all around

Bcom that they offered was good enough to prepare one for the real world applications as various examples and field activities were also conducted by the college at that time . Teacher student ratio should be taken care of along with lethargic teaching methods like lecture method . Exams were held every 6 months and the difficulty level was easy.

DELHI UNIVERSITY - A GREAT HEADSTART

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell within the colleges but numerous are not dynamic and those who are dynamic do not offer great arrangements. As it were Srcc , LSR or St. Stephens offer pleasant placements. Most colleges offer arrangements between 3 - 4 lacs but over said colleges can give you situations with normal 8 lacs. But, I would prescribe you to not go for placements but higher things because it will increment your information and assist you to advance in your work and do it effectively whereas doing work fair after graduation will not allow you to regard merely continuously needed in the corporate world.
