I choosen Diploma in nautical science which is leading to Bsc nautical science and I choose this course because it helps me for a better knowledge about the ship as a deck cadet and I can become captain doing this course. Diploma in nautical science has a one year course which have two semesters.

In second semester you will surely get placed and there are many companies which comes for the placement like Maersk, Mediterranean shipping company, Wallem, MOL, Synergy, Tom tankers and many companies visit here and take students

I am kartikey singh and undergoing training in HIMT college. I am doing Diploma in nautical science leading to Bsc nautical science. The overall fees is 510000 and imu registration fees is 40000. I am sponserd by Mediterranean shipping company and doing my training in Hindustan institute of maritime college.

The overall experience of this college Hindustan institute of maritime college is very good I like the most advanced accommodation and infrastructure and the instrument which is here are very advanced

In hostel firstly the accommodation is very beautiful and very clean they provide separate washroom and cabin which is very clean and they provide study table along with a chair, also they provide cupboard and there is a bed with mattress, bed sheet, pillow and pillow cover

I applied to HIMT college because the infrastructure of the college is very good and advanced and they are providing Notes as well as best hostel facility. You have to apply when the form is open after that you can ask any query about your admission because they are very supportive

All the facilities are very good and they help me a lot even if I have any doubts they clear my doubts and if they are not available right now we are one text away to reach them, they provide practice example for our understanding and I like captain Anand subramanian sir and Captain Himanshu sir they are very good knowledge and they teaches us very well they don't say just become bookish person even they give examples on practice basis and all the facilities are very good and supportive and Captain Venkatraman sir is also very supportive

Hindustan institute of maritime college the there is a gym which is well equipped and library is very beautiful and all the books you will find out here and according to hostel the food is given is best and campus is very good
