Campus tour

The course is too good. As my course is life sciences so instead of learning about only one core subject like in botany hons and zoology hons course, we get chance to learn about zoology, botany and chemistry simultaneously. That Also unlock a large no. of opportunities for my future. Acc to me the ratio of practical lab and theory classes should be increased like we only get 1 lab for one core subjects in a week so I think this no. Should be increased so that we can get more practical knowledge. The difficulty level of exams are too much High like it seems we're hons course students that should be decreased.

I'm paying around 21k-22k per year for my course Bsc prog Life sciences. With the increasing year the fee for per year also slightly increasing. Other than this there's no any other charges are taken from us during our whole course period. As I'm from SC category so I have paid 500-1k less amount then the other student who are from General category. I have heared about one Financial assistance scholarship in my college.

The campus life is too good as I got too much exposure to the Many opportunities and many persons. Our college annual fest, Sabrang is Also too good. It's basically of 2 day event and on both days very well known and famous personalities are invited. Our college have table tennis court, badminton court volleyball ground and a special area for archery also. Many of our college students have represented our college in national events. There are many student-run social groups which are helping us in each and every step in college. Literally you can ask anything that hinder your in college they'll sort out everything.

I have ranked deshbandhu college on 1st on my preference list during admission. Because firstly it have a Good reputation and NIRF ranking , secondly it's one of the best college in delhi university for BSC Prog life sciences course. And luckily I got deshbandhu college in 1st list. The admission process is too long. Too many steps was there when i got addmission. The cutoff for my college is not too much High and not too much low it's moderate if you prepare seriously the you can easily get this college.

All the faculty members are well experienced and easy to approach. They are too much friendly in nature like you can share you personal life problems with them too. I like madhu Ma'am who taught us botany. She's Also TIC or botany department. She explain everything like after listening her every problems feels like peanuts. She take care all of us as our mother. My course have semester wise examination so in every 6 months we have to give exams, practicals and too many things that feels sometimes too much hectic but that prepare us for our future and improve our time manegement skill.

As my college deshbandhu is in south delhi that's why there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby college. Our college also have its own cafeteria, gym and I genuinely prefer cafeteria food items over cateen food items. There's also a very loved and famous hangout place in our college campus where you can sit with your friends. 2-3 security guards always on duty on college Main gate and on other gates Also and 2-3 security guards keep checking inside college campus so whole environment inside and outside campus is safe day and night for especially for girls
