4

Kmc offers internship opportunities like pkis which is (principal kmc intership scheme ) for internal administrative and library role Stipend around 5000 per month for upto 3 months also provides the MLA intership for direct engagement with member of legislative assembly on governance and public policy

Fees and Financial Aid

Firstly thanks for letting me to write the review so the fees for bsc Hons Statistics in Kirori Mal College University of Delhi is very affordable which is just 15915 this year (i paid this in second year) . I'm not aware with the detailed structure of fees but the fees that I have paid in 1st year was approx 16000 so it's less than as compared to 1st year. Yes students from category have lesser fees as compared to unreserved but not aware with the exact amount

Campus Life

4

The annual fest of Kirori Mal College is Renaissance which held in April it has dj night fashion show which is very famous. Students can see instagram handles of all the societies and clubs in Kirori Mal College to get to know more about fest and events of kmc

Admission

On my first round I got sri Venkateshwara College University of Delhi but later on upgradation I got Kirori Mal College so for obvious reasons like it is in north campus and surrounded by other best colleges of du I choose Kirori Mal College Eligibility is totally depends upon cuet (Common University Entrance Test) score which varies from courses to courses and also category to category

Faculty

4

In my most course most of the teachers are best at their work they took assignments which is of 12 marks then an internal assessment which is also of 12 marks and final exam which is of 70 marks and rest of the marks 6 marks are from attendance which is strictly compulsary and approx 20 Marks from practical examination

Night Life

5

Basically day is very hectic usually bcoz we have our claases one after other we rarely get any break between our classes. But we get some break we usually sit in gcr or bcr (girls common room or boys common room There is only boys hostel in kmc so don't know about the timings There are many food places near kmc yes it's safe to roam around at night

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is filled and designed according to the emerging technologies in the food and organic industries, one gets to know about the real life food processing and various processes which are involved in between before it reaches to our hands. The area of improvement could be instead of spending more time in just different experiments in the lab, there can be workshops and speaker sessions could be there to give real exposure to the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our course (B.Sc Hons. Mathematics ) is more focused towards descriptive and theoritical method since my course belong to pure mathematics along with that I have statistics in my generic elective (GE) which is more application based. Our course is structured more towards reseach part. Whereas the commerce and economics courses are more relevant to practical industry knowldege. The usual struture is divided into two part in each sem generally known as end and mid sem exam. Whereas there exist weekly and monthly examination which majorly depends upon the teaching style of the faculty.
