If you want to grow as a IT professional then this college is best. But others stream are not very good in terms campusing. Faculty is good in those but lack of core companies visit they opt for IT company

I joined the institution with Computer Science and Engineering which is 4 years full time curricular. The whole course consists of 8 semesters, 2 every year. The exam is conducted by MAKUAT and its approved by AICTE. After successful completion of each semester you will get a grade point from 1-10.

Our Placement cell is one of the best in west bengal. Most of the big companies do campus placement in our college. All of them TCS is major recruiting company. Other than that thoughtworks, intel, wipro, accenture, McAfee also visit our campus for internship and recruitment. Also our college conduct hackerthon.

Feasible as it is decided by board. The annual fee is around 40000/- and hostel fee ja different. This includes lab, exam fees as well as cultural, sports , bus service. The hostel is mandatory for 1st year so that is extra after that you can either opt for PG or hostel as your wish.

There is no ongoing scholarship was offered by institution. But you can showcase your skill or any other app you developed with the recruitment team which came for senior student recruitment.

Regular lab work was there for practical. All the labs are equipped with latest computers. There is separate sports ground available for cricket football and basketball and badminton. Game room is there with indoor games like carrom, Table tennis.

Hostel is mandatory for 1st year. Only the designated students can enter hostel premise. Pick up and drop bus facilities are there. They give breakfast, lunch and dinner with healthy and adequate food and drinks. Every room has either twin sharing or 4 people. Bed is provided with power outlet and cupboard for each and every one. In common room a TV set is there for amusement. A small lawn is there for sports and gossip.

We have a strong alumni network. Every year there happens alumni meet where we share our after college expiry with juniors. All the seniors are helpful, whenever we asked for there help.We have our own alumni website which maintains by college also in social network where we connects with our juniors and seniors.

After completing my 12th, I sat for an entrance exam WBJEE. After the result of the exam declared by the board we gone through an online counselling where we gave our choice of our institution rank wise. After the 1st phrase of counselling done we got to know if we got out choice institute or not. I got my institute on the 1st phase and opt for it.

CSE is one of the most noted department of my college. All the professors are either MTech or higher in the department.They have a vast knowledge of the subjects as well as current IT trends. Overall they gave time to each and every students of our department.
