Course Curriculum Overview

4

If you ask me i will say i don't like the new education policy because of this we have to study extra subject which is not that really usefull also it doesn't help in overall growth also the subject in core are good they will give you the basic information through which you can understand what is your favourite and what you really want to do be it research be it a professional job whatever you want it will give a basic info of every aspect.

Internships Opportunities

4

Internship opportunities are there placement cell will help you get internship there is a internship related event organise in our college where so many companies come and take interviews of students.

Placement Experience

3

If you are choose my college for placement so don't come you have to be that Skillfull so that you can get placement on your own i am talking about good placement you will get decent placement from here avg i will say 2 lakh per annum. If you ask what can you do after this course so Multiple things you can do Govt job Be skillfull so you can get offcampus placement Research Masters Etc etc

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of bsc cs hons is 58820 for 1 year If you talk about whole course it is 176460 for 3 year And 235280 for 4 year Yes we can apply for a scholarship but it does help that much the scholarship is for those who is financially weak. The fees remain same for all years no increase in fees The course is not that affordable because as compare to other we are paying 3 to 4 time more

Campus Life

4

Overall experience is good students are good you can make good friends also some societies are good like saraang nirtya fusion placement cell etc. It is upto you how you live your college life i will say experience everything you can Infrastructure of the college is decent no audi in our college space is available but construction is not started Sports facilities are there fest is also nice other activities happens throughout the year.

Admission

I choose this because it has a higher ranking also i don't think that any du College has any difference they all are same the main difference is of the crowd you get also someone will say why i don't choose hanraj so the reason is that it will be more far from my house as compare to arsd. To take admission in my College you just have to clear cuet and then sit for counseling and if you get enough marks you can get arsd

Faculty

4

Faculty members are good they are helpfull also knowledgeable also your process along with the course is very smooth because faculties will not bother you much for the project assignments and all those things We have only 1 class for cs so the student ratio is decent Archana ma'am is best from the Faculty because she makes the bond with student and is very helpfull You will be having 7 Subjects each semester 3 are from your course 1 is you general elective 1 is Sec 1 is Vac 1 is Aec 3 core subject and 1 general elective these are the most important one other 3 are easy ones they will just increase your cgpa.

Night Life

2

I am not that good to tell you about this but the pg are near the college in satya nightlife is not that good i don't think but in satya where so many student live maybe there the nightlife will be good but this is just an assumptions because pg gate get closed at 10pm Delhi is not safe to roam at night it is not about just the place around college it is all around delhi.

Students become eligible for campus placements around 5th to 6th semester. Highest package of 2024 was 25LPA. Usually 8CGPA is considered a sweet spot for campus placements plus it gets them easier to get into world class universities for post graduation.

Acharya Narendra Dev College - [ANDC], Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] {Hons.} (Biomedical Sciences)
Reviewed on Mar 3, 2026(Enrolled 2024)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course Biomedical Sciences is very interesting as well as challenging, it covers various fields of sciences and has great scope in terms of research. The course connects theory with real world applications in hospitals and research laboratories. A few examples would include, antibacterial testing, PFT, EMG, blood tests, which are commonly performed in hospitals. The course also helps us to pursue our hands in research further by providing us with hands on training for skills such as biostatistics, writing scientific literature, lab skills, etc. A few improvements that I would suggest is the removal of outdated testing methods and practicals from the curriculum that are not essential for the real world currently. The teaching methods are quite good and interesting. The exams are conducted at the end of each semester and are relevant to the curriculum. The practical exams test your knowledge of hands on experience that you've gained while doing lab work. Theory exams are of 3 hours as per usual and test your theoretical knowledge from books and classes mainly.
