The course is being updated regularly and new subjects replacing old ones, thus the relevance is being improved every year. Each course has some similarities and also their own specialized courses required to develop relevant skills

As the college is relatively infantile, not many students are presented with FAANG internships, however several other enterprises do take interest in recruiting talents in areas of AI/ML, cybersecurity, data engineering, automation, etc

First batch is to pass out in 2025. As the batch size is relatively smaller compared to other private engineering college there is a good chance to land above median (9LPA) package utilizing resources and hardwork. There is a placement cell committee a student can also be a part of.

There is a 4 four year breakup of fees, 1st year - 3,50,000 2nd year onwards - 5,00,000 You will pay a total of 18,60,000 in tuition fee for BTech CSE or ECE. The hostel fee is seperate and varies on the type of hostel you choose. The hostel fees starts from 1,89,000 per year till 3,00,000 per year, as the more expensive ones are single, A/C and attached bathrooms. There is no other extra fees required to give such as management fee, lab fees etc. These are all included in the above mentioned fee structure. There is however a 10,000 caution deposit for hostellers. There is also scholarships available for economically distressed and academically gifted students, which can only be availed after completion of your 1st year. The course is being annualy updated so each year a new subject might be introduced to replace another trivial subject(s). There is also research opportunity available under few proffesors and seniors for those interested. Several events are held by college clubs and chapters throughout the semester where you can take part of the event committee as well. The hostel experience varies from the type of room you choose as it starts from 3 sharing common bathroom no A/C all the way to single A/C attached bathroom. Common bathrooms are relatively clean, and rooms are cleaned by helpers every few days. Sometimes special request has to be raised to keep the common bathrooms clean. There are also a plethora of vending machines throughout the campus for snacking in hostels and academic blocks. There is a small general store, hairdresser and food court available as well. There is a sport complex which has gym, badminton, tennis, etc which can be availed for some extra fee. However there is free to use cricket nets, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and a football pitch for students to use along with a sports room.

One of the better college life campuses, good gender ratio, mostly friendly crowd, plethora of college club and chapters to be a part of, enough events. As all colleges such as SMI, DLHS, DOC, TAPMI, etc are also in the same campus students from different courses are also populating the premises

Mess quality is much better than other colleges, 2nd year lateral entry students themselves have testified, however as a first time hosteller it will be difficult for anybody to adjust. Hostel rooms and common bathrooms are kept clean and you can raise requests for special cleaning as well. 4 course meal is provided by the 2 mess options the child can choose from, they can also change their option every month depending if space is available

MET is required to apply to this college, admission is given based on your rank. MET includes MIT Manipal, MIT Bengaluru, MUJ, SMIT. KCET is NOT accepted for Manipal colleges as other websites state, they only take addmission based on MET. There are 4-5 rounds depending on availability of seats and you have to choose an order of preference of courses and accordingly are given a seat. You can wait till the last round in case you do not get your desired course seat, as the one alloted will stay nonetheless

There are 3 examinations - quiz, midsem and endsem which contribute to our total for each subject which determines our cgpa for that semester. Quiz - 10 marks Midsem - 30 marks Endsem - 50 marks Assignment - 10 marks Thus a total of 100 marks. Lab subjects also have their regular assesments, midsem labs and endsem labs Thus you are required to be on your toes and aware of your subjects at all times to maintain grades

Gym and libraries are open till 9, you can roam just outside hostels and inside campus till 11, u need to be back inside campous by 9.30. The night time curfews are much more relaxed compared to other colleges around
