Remarks

Very Bad infrastructure. The washrooms are really really bad with sometimes, without the basic sanitation facilities. Other than this, no proper filtered drinking water and less ventilated class rooms.

Campus Life

1.5

PGDAV college has 4 computer labs with each lab having upgraded and fully equipped devices. Sports activities are good with volleyball and cricket teams competing in state level. Other than this, Statistics lab is also present with important books and research papers.

Alumni/Alumna

There's a different portal for Alumni on the official website of PGDAV college. Although I haven't interacted with any but still They seem to be decent people well-settled. Seniors are also good and co-operative with 0% ragging in the campus, supporting juniors in academic and competitive fields.

Admission

First I checked the cut-off list online on the official website of Delhi University after that I approached college with my original documents and the official work was done there only. After that, the fees was paid on the online portal and my admission was confirmed.

Faculty

4

Very nice and experienced faculty. Some teachers are most experienced in their respective field in the entire University. Knows how to interact with children and also how to bridge the gap between Students and professors.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The core subjects are very well divided, the main problem arises with the other additional subjects which requires efforts as same as the other subject even though they don't hold any importance as such. Maybe reducing other subject or making them practical based instead of theory based would be helpful.

Many prestigious companies like delloite, accenture have held various placement sessions in DRC and it's overall a good to place for companies to get high skilled students. The placement cell is very active too which makes it possible for our college to get many internships and placements opportunities.

The placements cell Avenues regarding the placement offers coming to the college. Major companies of the job market come to the campus for recruitment like KPMG, deloitte, zepto, EY, ZS Associates and many more. The students from the final year itself gets eligible for placements. Around 30-40% students get the palcements through the placement drive. The highest package during the last palcement season was around 18 to 20LPA, while the average was 7 to 8LPA. I will certainly go for higher studies in operational research.
