Course Curriculum Overview

In each sem we have to give exams twice - mid terms and end terms. They are not much difficult the level is moderate. Teaching method is also good bit sometimes they are not able to complete the syllabus

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 145000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid 90000 earlier for seat reservation and then 45000 after confirmation. This is the fee structure and it will be increasing in 2nd year. The fee structure is same for all tech student. There are reservations for delhi students

Campus Life

The campus life is okay.as itss girls college.there are many clubs and societies and i am the part of the art society they conduct many events time to time so that's fun other than that many hackathons are also conducted in our college

Admission

According to my jee rank i had few options but i preferred this college as there placements records were commendable and i was getting the branch i was wishing for which was cse-ai. Admission process is wuite simple and totally according to our jee percentile

Faculty

Most of the staff is good but there would be one or two teachers who are not able to complete the syllabus on time. Also the marking scheme is such that there are mid terms of 30 marks out of which 15 marks are considered then there are end terms of 60 marks and rest 15 marks are for practicals and attendance

Night Life

I don't live in hostel so i don't know much about the night life of my college but as i have heard feom my friends who stay in hostel it's wuite safe libraries and computer centres remain open for children who want to study at night

NIT Delhi: A Balanced Blend of Academics, Opportunities, and Campus Life

Placement Experience:

The annual placements at NIT Delhi are consistently getting better year by year where the top branches such as CSE, ECE, and IT are leading the way with their strong placement rates. Many students get hired at very attractive salaries by well-established companies like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Microsoft, and Amazon. For example, the CTC of the best offers have reached as high as ?15–20 LPA in some instances. The Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical branches also contribute to the university’s overall placement record to some extent. Those students usually boost the available opportunities for themselves by taking up internships and off-campus offers. Moreover, the students who fail to get a job on the campus can still benefit out of the college atmosphere where the strong basics of coding, projects, and practical skills are taught which makes the students quite employable at startups, off-campus, or even when going for higher studies like M.Tech/GATE/abroad. To sum up, NIT Delhi is a very solid foundation for the students whether they want to have a career or continue with their education.

Placement Experience:

Admission and carrier development cell is there in the college and provides good support but for average packages but for top packages only on your own self you have to grab them. One campus packages are between 3 lakhs 5 lakhs up to 10,20 lacs and highest once even up to 64 lakhs but off campus goes up to crore.

Great Placements but Campus needs improvements

Placement Experience:

After 3rd year students become eligible for campus placements. Almost 90% students gets placed. The top companies are Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Google and Adobe. The highest package is 53 lacks and the average package is 20 lacs. I plan to become a software engineer after i complete my course or study further.

A decent college

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Students get hired, obviously, and they get a decent package. Highest package from our college is 52 LPA. Average package is 7-8 LPA. Highest package off campus is 1.2 Cr. Per annum.

I also applied for GGSIPU colleges but but Igdtuw seemed more promising because of its placement opportunities. Built for Her - Ready for the World

I got here by giving JEE MAINS . I also filled some IPU colleges and DTU and even got some of them as well but I chose this over them because firstly the crowd over here is very decent . Secondly , here competition is less compared to other colleges and placement is mind blowing , almost same to other jac colleges. I don't have any internship experience.

I got into this college through JAC Delhi counseling.i also applied in jossa counselling but I preferred Igdtuw over it because of the placement and diversity hiring.I gave jee mains and jee advanced ,in my college you can get entry in it by jee mains only and you're required to have 60% in boards in 12 th and there is reservation for Delhi resident for about 85%, so outside Delhi student be prepared with good rank. Not making into some of the colleges that I wanted to get into will be iiit allahabad,mnnnit allahabad due to my rank anyway that's it ....Read More
