Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is based on mg University. Various methods of teaching are adopted by our faculty like slides, debate and role play. The exam duration for internal exams are 1.5 hrs and sem exam of 3hrs.

Internships Opportunities

The college give opportunity for the students for applying internship for any hospital or clinic under there guidance letter. No stipend is received for doing internships rather the institutes we do internship asks money.

Fees and Financial Aid

Here the fees is to be paid quarterly of amount 90,000INR. Student welfare scholarships are given from college, other several scholarship options of cntrl and state govt are shared as link through Gmail. There is reduction in fees structure according the social status.

Campus Life

Splendore (College fest), psyesta (psychology dpt fest), euphoria (tech fest ) and dyuthi(social work dpt fest), these are the most celebrated fest of rajagiri college. Wide range of research articles, reference materials and books are available in library.

Admission

I applied to some colleges , all of them accepted my application with a positive feedback. The admission process of rajagiri college is through online application, by entering our 12th marksheet and other fields applicable. Later I recieved mail for interview for the college admission. The only negative I feel is that on the first day of interview itself they forced to pay the fes

Faculty

For our dpt there are 10 faculty for 6 classess excluding the language classes. The faculty is friendly. There are 2 exams conducted before sem.The q papaer is according to the pattern of sem exam paper by the mg University

Night Life

There are seperate gym for boys and girls in college campus. Two cafeteria is placed in basement and roof top of the college. There is a celebration area called amigos where students cut cake during birthdays etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Highest and Average Packages by Company and Profiles Offered are, for undergraduate (UG) students: ?3,00,000 per annum.For postgraduate (PG) students: ?3,45,000 per annum. Roles Offered:Positions include researcher, technical writer, and analyst. Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Bsc Biotechnology. It is a research associated course. Its main scope is in research. But in every industry let it be medical or industrial a biotechnologist is required. I would like more practical knowledge than theory knowledge in this course as it is needed to be implemented in labs hands on experience is essential. Exams are conducted every 6 months as semester. I chose this course to help others.social service was the main motive. I'm now persuing post graduation because i got best classes from best teachers.
