- The classrooms are but smaller and the benches are small and broken
- The parking is way too far from building
- The classrooms need to be smarter and need to install AC in every classroom
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is very good that is information science that deals with software where we can learn coding and all which helps us in web development, application development,data science and many more jobs My curriculum prepares me well for real world applications They need to change the syllabus as the syllabus is around 50 years old The frequency of tests are 1 test per month which is good
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure for Bachelors of engineering in Information science course is 4,93,310 Tution fee-4,50,00 Miscellaneous fee-20,000 Skillo lab fee-20,000 University fee-3,510 Total fee. =4,93,310 This fee structure is for management quota students The college fees for other category students like who got admitted through CET is around 2,00,000
Campus Life
Campus Life is good as there is very much greenary in campus which makes it attractive and there are water fountain which gives good vibes We have amphitheatre where some students would be practicing for dances and singing which gives us good vibes The accessibility of library is very easy The technology in classroom is bit old need an upgrade Sports and extracurricular activities are also very engaging
Admission
I had decided to take admissions in BMS College of engineering in banglore but due to shortage of seats I didn't get admission there So I heard a lot about Dayananda Sagar College of engineering which is one of the top college in banglore Admission process of my college is either thorough DSAT exam conducted by college itself or by CET or COMEDK or through Management quota
Faculty
The faculty to students ratio is very good The faculty I like in my college is Praveen N sir who teaches Data structure and application coarse The faculty I didn't like is manjunath sir who teaches maths subject is very strict We have 3 internal tests and 1 semester end examination They are pretty easy And 1 out of 20 student fail to clear exam
Interview Experience
No I did not face any group discussion and interview I got admitted through Management quota so I did not had to face any of these rounds to get admitted in Dayananda Sagar College of engineering Bangalore
Night Life
Favourite hangout spot is near amphitheatre where we have seating area which gives us place to chit chat with friend Hostel timings I don't know because I don't live in hostel Famous hangout spot is kachori uncle outside the campus
