Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course faculty is great and it teaches students to use of softwares used for accounting. The course is quite common in nature as it is available in maximum colleges and the number of students enrolled in the the same is quite huge. The difficulty level in final semester end exam of almost all subjects are moderate except Accounts who's paper is quite tough.

Internships Opportunities

4

There are a lot of interniship opportunities offered by the place ment cell whose average stipend range from ?10,000 to ?25,000. Thebmain areas of internship are fiannce, human resource, marketing, consulting.

Placement Experience

3

Aspire is the training & placement cell of College of vocational studies according to data posted by them from a size of 1200+ students 600+ job offers were there last time. The highest placment was ?23.05LPA. Some of the prominent recruiters are accenture, Deloitte, pwc, tech mahindra, the times of india, nestle and many more.

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise tuition fees is ?14,250 and it is same for all categories student, weather it be general, ews, obc, st or sc. There isn't any info about bifurcation of the fees as of my knowledge. One scholarship is available in which based on merit cum need criteria and the amount etc will be communicated to person availing it and is not disclosed as such.

Campus Life

4

The annual fest of the college is Tatva which happens in February/March. Other than this societies have a lot of events lined up and are very interactive. The library is quite huge and is of two stories and has good place to study. The sports team is quite good and the infrastructure for football and cricket is very good.

Admission

I had applied only in Delhi University but i had put few colleges before cvs in my preference list but i couldn't make it because of the marks. In order to get into this college one has to give Common University Entrence Test (CUET) amd fill the form for delhi university and through that ome can put CVS in the prefrence list of colleges.

Faculty

3

The faculty is quite kind and very much approachable. Few of them help and understand students very much. Some faculty on the other do not take classes seriously and take class once or twice in the entire semester. There are atleast two internal exams per subject and few subjects have 1. The difficulty level of the same rages from moderate to easy.

Night Life

4

The college does not have any hostel facilities but there are a lot of pgs and flats available around the college. There is mall near the college the saket select citywalk which is the hangout place for maximum students. Another fame hangout place outside the college is Authority where maximum students go to eat.

Placement Experience:

After completing 4 semester you are eligible to sit into on-campus placements i.e. after completing your second year. Companies start to arrive in final year or pre final year of you're going for 4 year degree. Big 4 companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PWC and other companies like accenture, zomato, airtel can be seen in placement season. Average package is 4-5 LPA ranging from college to college and depends individual skill set and practical experience. Highest could go upto 22LPA in our college. Half of the students gets placed during the season but not all. After competition of degree students can pursue various courses like CA, CS or praper for CAT/GMAT.

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.
