English and history is my favourite subject..But for time issue i didn't get honors course..But now i think that the BA Pass course is very easy for me to be graduate..The exam time is very suitable for me..

Our college have no internship projects.that's reason i feel very bad for our college..But also our college have others projects which are amazing and set a bench mark for others college..This is our kanchrapara college..

Fees and Financial Aid

Kanchrapara college is very beautifull,the fees structure and scholarships are very loveble..but the main problem is the union..it's very worst..But also the teacher's are very dedicated towards their job

Campus Life

Our college is very famous for cultural programme and technical festivals..In the winter time our college organised this programmes..Our college students start whatsapp group to provide vital information..

Admission

I applied in only two college..kalyani mahavidyalaya and kanchrapara college..No, i was select for both this colleges but i preffer kanchrapara college because it's near to my home..Online from fillup and then submit the fees..

Faculty

Relationship between teachers and student are sometime very good but also the worst..the best faculties is our political science teacher class..some thing i don't like most the union..the exams are very east as it's way..

Interview Experience

Our college have very secure and easy admission process..first you fillup the admission from then submit it..and also the admission fees..few day's later you will have a text from our college..and then you joind our college campuse..

Night Life

Our cafeterias is very big and delicious food carring..our college has no hostle..Mostly i hangout besides our college..There is shop and we enjoy in the shop snd spending time in this shop was very enjoyble..

I want to know bengali literature and all type of poems and proses that's why I choose B.a. in bengali literature. According to me, my course helps me in doing Masters in Bengali. From the point of view of improvements, I feel that digital classes can be conducted in the class by leaving the theory classes. We were held a class for upto 1hrs, thus we had 4 class a day. Sometimes it is boaring sometimes it becomes striking, it depends on the mood. It is to say little knowledge is a dangerous thing, if you don't read you cannot pass the semester examination. Although it will provide you a second chance. But with change of syllabus the exam pattern also change. You need to attain a total percentage of 75(%) to maintain you honours subject otherwise you would be regarded as programme course student.

Presidency University: A hope of light but needs a lot of upgradation

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Department of Bengali is one of the oldest Bengali department in the state. It offers undergraduate honours and postgraduate courses. Recently, they have started PhD courses as well. The Bengali department is actively engaged in research in hot topics in literature. The curriculam of Presidency university is most diverse among all other University, colleges in the state. It begins with very basic topics at the first year and ends with very specific research level papers at the final year. The syllabus is so advance that bachelors students can compare themselves with the masters level students after completeing the course. I will mention the bachelor course curriculam in summary: Semester I- Prachin Bangla Sahitya O Bangalir Itihas sandhan, Bangla bhasar itihas o bhasatotto, Semester II- Prak chaitanya juger bangla sahityer itihas, Madhyajuger bangla sahityer itihas o kabyapath, Semester III- Shorosh o soptodosh shotabdir samaj: itihas o chaitanyadeb, Ashtadosh shatabdir samaj sangkriti, changa-alanlkar o prof sangsodhan, Semester IV- Adhunik juger udbhab, gadya o probondho sahitya, kabya-kabitae itihas, natoker itihas o rupbhed, Semester V- Bangla Upanyas, Bangla chotogolpo, Rabindranath, Semester VI- Unish o Bish shataker bangla samaj songskriti o sahitya, bhinna bhasar sahityer itihas o tar obhighat, bharatiya alangkar shatra, sahitya o shilpo. Other than these compulsory courses, there are lot of exceptional elective courses that attracted me more towards joining this prestigious university. Since Presidency University select specific students through their difficult entrance tests, the semester exams should not be difficult for the students, but there are some papers in the course which needs to delt with extra care and attention to get extra marks.
