Always positive not even a single negative remark for my college i loved my college and i am very very proud of the student of arsd and delhi university and i always feel good in college campus and i spent my best time in college

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is best and i have many options after this and also the exam structure is overall good as the college goes under the delhi university so all exams have their self importance and the exams structure is best in my opinion.

Placement Experience

The college provides placement and job opportunities to students and too provides internship and i must say the conpanies that are tied with collge faculty are too mnc and highlevel companied like google hcl and big brands that give good packages and good job placement to student.

College Events

Eventually college participate in all events and celebrate recently college has make the seminar and fest for the student and college staff to all enjoyed the lot and various student from different got admite in our college to enjoy the fest of arsd college

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure is good if any student is weekly in fees payable so he can apply for fee waiver and he will study under the govt act and his pay will be free for the student i loved this point for my college every student has the right to take part in all service and money cant stop to fulfill his dreams.

Fees and Financial Aid

College is best for students scholarship and loan facility if any student want to avail for fee concessions as he unable to pay fees and falls under ews quota he/she can go for that option and study in the college campus.

Campus Life

Activited are always going on college sports administrative always take parts in all sports activities and labs are very neat and clean with fresh hygiene way. Students can easily do work in lab and everyone do their help.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel are very clean and boys and girls have seperate hostel faculty and both have emergency services if any student faces any issue he just have to take help from them he will available 24×7 days for students.

External Expense: Rs.10000 - Rs.15000

Alumni/Alumna

Yes they are very helpfull in any way if anyone wants any help they can contact them freely and principal of the college too very helpful for every candidate and every student is like a child for them.

Admission

I got good marks in senior secondart exams and i filled the form of delhi university and beyond my marks i got admission in the third cutoff list in arsd college And i filled the form and all fees etc and i got admitted.

Faculty

College faculty us best and the college infrastructure is best and all students too loved the infrastructure and faculty is best and helpfull to i am very to be a part of this college and i am very proud to be a student of arsd and delhi university.

the curriculum is decided by delhi university, economics wing and is followed by all the colleges of du, although few topic are often irrevelent which teachers tend to skip. i do feel that curriculum is pretty old and they should introduce new topic which are more related to reak=l world and give us real life experience not just bookish knowledge which is irelevent. they should also ask for students input related to their curriculum, teachers sometimes tedn to just do book reading. internal exmas are taken frequently and difficulty is 3 out of 5

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is a good course. I went for it mainly because I am preparing for UPSC CSE (pretty common around here). In that context the course is helpful, and also for those aiming to enter research, academia, museology, archaeology etc. However there are not many placement opportunities and for most it would be better to pursue masters later on. Teaching methods are inclusive, both english and hindi medium students can comfortably study. However both students and faculties have some complaints regarding the curriculum changes under NEP such as the sequence of courses in each sem.

Course is rightly designed. Plus the teachers often suggest books that can be read from library regarding course topics. The library is very nice here. I used to study in the library for long hours. The college has a placement cell which comes up with lots and lots of internship and job offers throughout the year, you get multiple new job opportunities every week but the campus placement is not all that great, B Com courses have somewhat decent placements. the college doesn't push very much or try much to get students placed, you're on your own.

Generally, after BA no one is placed and even if we apply for a job we don't get a good package. So, students generally go for masters or some other courses through which they can get placements. Talking of college placement and internship cell we don't have very good facilities as very limited companies are there for recruiting students. Many students don't even get the internship. This is a major negative point of college.

So I didn't really apply to any of the colleges I filled the preference sheet in the csas portal and I got selected in this college. I chose this college because it was very convenient for me, not that far and not that close from my house. No I didn't get any rejection from any other colleges. The admission process for my college is through CUET conducted by NTA, The eligibility for my course is atleast 45% in 10+2 and the exam accepted for my course is CUET only. CUET is the exam mostly preferred by the students, cutoffs for this exam for my course was 650 for general and around 550 for my category. I was made to prepare a list of colleges that provided the course that I opted for. So I made a list of all thr college in accordance to my convenience and what I wished to get into. My first priority was obviously a north campus college such as hindu college, kirori mal, hansraj and likewise. Then I proceeded to add the rest of the topmost colleges that came under south campus. ARSD Emerging College of South Campus (NIRF 7)

To get admission into ARSD College or any other college in the University of Delhi you should have an aggregate of 60% at least. 12th appearing or 12th pass. You have to give CUET (Central University Entrance Test) and score as high as you can. Application fees for General, OBC, and EWS candidates are RS 600. For ST, SC RS 550. For applying last date will be the first week of march and the exam will be conducted in the last week of May. It may vary. Delhi University Releases its cut-off based on CUET Scores for various colleges. I availed reservation of OBC NCL which is 27% of seats. My score of CUET was 609 and I got ARSD College.
