Course Curriculum Overview

We are provided with industry projects which acts as a resume booster and help us gain on the job training experience. Paid internships and certification courses are made to attend on a daily basis to help us achieve lacs of salary.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 600000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

We need to pay 600000/- for a course of 4years and around 150000 /- per semester. Id card fee was 500/- paid only in the time of admission. The health sports fee is 1000/- each year. Uniform fee is 3000/- which is to be paid once

Campus Life

The campus infrastructure is really advanced with cafeteria , gym , labs and fields. Fields are there for sports related competition as the annual sports function happens every year. Day scholars and hostels are provided for out state candidates.

Admission

I didn't apply for any other college as IEM provides with top notch faculty and quality education. We are admitted in our college through the joint entrance examination. The college conducts a exam themselves known as IEMJEE .

Faculty

In every class there are 5 professors assigned for 100 students. The faculties provide us with best resources and they never refuse to help us whenever needed. The supporting staff is helpful too and very kind.

Night Life

The campus itself is very protected . We need to take permission of authorities to enter or leave the premises . There are in built cafeterias to roam around . There are cctvs for constant regulation.

Should I Choose IEM.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Okay college and decent placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is same as all low 3 tier colleges which is nearly 4-5 lpa average salary given by mass recuitor companies .The companies are infosys , ltimindtree , accenture , ibm , capgemini , cognigent , etc .The placement rate is nearly 60 to 70 percent.

Heritage Institute of Technology: A Detailed Observation

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. The average package is around 4.86 LPA and in 2023, the highest package was 16 LPA and in 2022, the highest package was 44 LPA. Talking about my future plans, I wish to pursue my masters abroad after completing my undergraduate course here.

Placement Experience:

Despite the low fee structure, my college provides a good placements. Almost every student of CSE Dept who sit for placement, gets the placement between 4lpa - 6lpa. Last year the highest package was ?12 lpa. ECE department has the lowest percentage of placements. And other engineering departments have between 60-70% placement. All the mentioned above is the description of in campus placement. Not many students of my college opt for out campus. But if they do, they get good placements as per the reports. In 2021 a student secured the job in Microsoft, with the placement of ?45 lpa (out campus).

If you come to this college this college is good the teachers are friendly and you will get the campus from the college if you study hard.

You can take admission in UEM Kolkata through IEMJEE Entrance Test or Direct Admission by giving 10,000/-. College review

Provide decent jobs to most students. Faculties are helpful and teach well. You can issue 3 books at a time from the library once your library card is made. Classes are held to enhance your communication skills. A lot of items in the canteen and cafeteria. No ragging. There is no ground to play. Very strict rules, has a lot of restrictions. Most students call it a jail, cause you cannot bunk classes. But believe me, it will shape you into a good human being and you will also get placed if you put your effort.
