Remarks

On 1st I applied for Amity University in Ranchi and my admission confirmed but I next choose shoolini University. I choose this college because the course they provides is very unique and best for coming future competition and studies & also the surrounding of the campus. No rejection at any college. For Admission one need pass shoolini entrance exam. For eligibility one need to pass 12th with 60% marks and after that they only seat for shoolini entrance exam. Most preferred exam is shoolini entrance exam and cut-off is 70% marks in that . Overall experience is very good and not very hectic.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

Total ideal strength is 70+ in general and if we say as specialisation it will around 25-30 students. 40:60 ratio will be there 40 for girls 60 for boys There is good diversity from all over india to even foreign students comes to study in class. There are almost 14 states students in which mostly are from Bihar, jharkhand Uttar Pradesh, haryana and Himachal itself Yes there are almost same peer group but there is no special peer learning class . Yes I have marks for class participation but it will only comes after final result so current I may not able to provide. Frankly says some main specialisation class is what I can say students comes for learning but there many unnecessary subject or say classes we come dir attendance only.

Internships Opportunities

1.5

Yes Our college is mostly achieved 100% internship. Almost all students get paid internship but I don't know the exact number. Highest stipend is 20k and lowest is 2k stipend offered. Mostly IT companies are preferred for my course like WIPRO , or says business analytical companies. Monthly stipend 10k . Main bulk companies are from Wipro to Aditya Birla. Sorry but I don't have knowledge about there monthly pay. Extremely sorry but I don't know the answer about this PPOs question I hope you will understand. It is better or say nearly same for all . Yes BTECH students gain more if we compare. But as I'm 2nd year Student I didn't done any internship from college.

Placement Experience

1.5

Final placement for batchelor starts from 3rd year 5th sem and it take every 1 week to 10 days as whole every time when placement starts. For Bachelor 70% placed and for masters 95% placement placed . College provides placement cell for them to clear on next round . Most preferred companies for my course Is IT companies and average CTC is nearly 4.95 lac . Mostly IT companies like Wipro average pay for BBA is nearly 4 lac if we add on all. Personly and frankly say I don't the answer of last question as I still in 2nd year.

Fees and Financial Aid

For My course BBA CSE yearly fees 1.3 lac per year tuition fees Hostel fees is 1.4 lac per year including mess fees ,no development fees , 2500 transport fees and 650 per sem charges. I'm paying 1.3 lac per year fee for my course. For some outing and other expenses a student must have 5k per month according to me to meet there other expenses. There no such differences of general and st/ sc but there fee difference of Himachal bonafide and non himachal bonafide person. Yes college provide scholarship according to person personal finance situation as well on the basis of marks . It's comes from 20% to 100% in fees.

Campus Life

2

There are many sports facilities in the campus for outdoor volleyball, basketball, cricket, skatting and badminton court available. For badminton indoor and outdoor 2 courts available. Mostly all equipments are there and been provided If available for many. Yes college have gym and yes all equipments are available for beginners to advanced. No swiming pool in the campus . There is 2 auditorium and 1 big library. All books are freely and easily accessible but if someone issue a book he / she needs to re issue in every 10 days or submit by 10 days if failed to do 5 rupee charge will applicable per day. College campus is not such big but yes there is good distance between hostel to college block. Student maximum time travel by walk. Yes bikes are allowed but with necessary documents and mostly only after University permission but some students don't take permission. Is relatives can visit overnight but there is guest room provided by university where they can stay and 500 per day charges will apply after 1 free visit. There are many cafeteria or food joints present between 2km of road area and many in campus. Yes there are medical facilities in the college and all are not sufficient for every student If there is very big mass requirements. All doctors are qualified. Overall good campus life. Students generally enjoy the campus at very good spot of cafeteria present in free time. Night life are even more better than day as lighting bright the campus beauty. Cafeteria are generally closed after 9 pm . Mostly in weekends or holidays go out of campus with friends as Shimla chandigarh are near in 60km distance. Yes locality are totally safe in night. There are 2 major fest one is Manchtantra and one is spring fest. Sorry to say many celeb comes but currently didn't remember the name . YCT, karobaar club and IIC are very important club in university and also important for CVs. Yes there also foreign International student exchange program. Mostly students prefer University of Australia as more in this program. Frankly In numbers I don't know total students choose this . No extra fee for this program

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Yes boys and girls hostel are separated. No boys allowed in girls hostel or no girls allowed to go boys hostel. 4 boys hostel 2 girls hostel Both are good at both places but for boys Shoolini village name hostel is best . Hostel allocation takes place at the time of arrival and mostly on the first come first serve basis. For double bed now new charges is 1.42 lac per year including all charges of mess and all For triple bed 1.30 lac per year including all charges of mess and all There is no single bed room in hostel Hostel timings are from 8 am to 9 pm freely rest for other timings there is strict rule and have permission required to enter exit. There is no such restriction but for outing and other odd timings permission with strict rule is there. Yes food are included in hostel fee. Food quality are good or average and menu changes in good time which is good. There are 3 guard in hostel and there is no major security threat comes in nearby time. There are 2 different sharing options double bed and triple bed I choose triple bed because I have taken admission with 2 more friends that's why. There are all facilities which mentioned like almirah, geyser , wifi , study table , chair, bed , mattress but no ac or cooler as mostly her cool wheather. Mattress quality is not such good rest all are ok. Washroom are common and attached for different options we have taken attached bathroom so we only 3 shares that. 4 days a week room cleaned in hostel. If there is no hostel there are many pg or room facilities available in walking distance around the university.

Exam Structure

You have to call college admission number where they will assist a mentor till whole admission process who guide you in every step. 1st you have to fill the form where they check all your basic criteria like 12th marks and basic details Then you have to take shoolini entrance exam where you to qualify and this is the only main process. When you will qualify for exam then in next 1 week all your admission process will complete. For hassle free you must apply atleast 1 month before commencement of class which starts from 1st week of August. Most preferred exam is shoolini entrance exam. Cutoff is 70% There is no other way of admission.

Faculty

2

The curriculum of my course is medium level hard I would say..yes students fail in exams ..there are 2 semester exams every year and that is the main exam.. usually 4-5 classes held in a day ..the timings are from 9 to 4..the teaching methodology of the faculty is a bit poor in my case..yes there is a mandatory 75% attendance rule in my college..if we don't maintain it we get detained from our exams

the following is the bare bones of accommodations in HPNLU lavery centre HPNLU placements and carrer prospects :-the HPNLU students are usually allowed to have campus placements staring in the 9th semester .the placement cell is only quite young ,and thus developing at NLU . Boutique law firms and companies such as link legal and lakshmikumaran and sridharan also conduct top recruiting , and a few of the students also conduct top recruiting ,and a few of the students also get the PPO,s after the internship . packages the largest packages are normally between 10-12 LPA,with an average package of between 6-7 LPA placement percentage approximately 40-50 % of students seeking corporate jobs end up being placed off campus . plans after degree :on a personal note ,i will be exploring the world of litigation or the courts ,as the degree offerings provided by the university provide a good base in regards to competitive tests .

Placement Experience:

At NIT Hamirpur, students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester onwards, and the placement scenario has been quite encouraging in recent years. A wide range of companies such as Infosys, Wipro, L\&T, Capgemini, Tata Projects, and several core as well as IT firms visit the campus every year. The highest placement touched an impressive 2.05 crore offered to a mechanical engineering student, while the overall average package stands at around 10.5 LPA, which is a strong figure compared to many other NITs. The placement percentage remains high, with a majority of students securing offers, especially in branches like CSE, IT, and ECE, though core branches like civil and mechanical also receive good opportunities. The profiles offered include roles in software development, consulting, design, project engineering, and research. After completing my degree, I plan to take advantage of these placement opportunities to gain solid industry experience and later decide whether to pursue higher studies or competitive exams for broader career growth.

There are some improvements like more practical learning, real world exposure etc. that could be made to make this course more effecgive in real world application. The exams are conducted per semester and the difficulty level of exams is average.
