Course Curriculum Overview

5

Nursing is all about skills, and the more practice you do, the better...i spent most of my time in hospital with patients for at least 9 months ever year....the duty used to be of 6 hours and the rest 2 hours we used to have a class till 4 pm Ut was a bit hectic but it really helped me in clearing all my concepts and improving my skills in handling a patient also the internship program is like cherry on top so good it covers everything you learn in 4 years and makes you ready for the outer world....I would say in terms of improvement, they need to reschedule their classes and clinicals timing because it gets draining and we don't get much time to study, so we usually just study because we used to be so exhausted.

Internships Opportunities

5

This college provides great internship opportunities, and they offer internships in almost every department in the medical field. I was posted in every department, and I learnt a lot there. It helps you with improving your skills, and the doctors and nurses there are also great; they clear your queries and help in improving your skills, which nursing is all about

Fees and Financial Aid

B.Sc. Nursing is 4 4-year course here in a government college, and the fees keep reducing every year. And the hostel fee is the same for 4 years, that is 10,000/year. In the 1st year, I paid 28,000; in the 2nd year I paid 22,000, in the 3rd year, I paid 19'000, and in the 4th year, I paid 9000. However, there are no scholarship benefits here. You have to take an entrance exam to enter this college, and the fees remain the same for students of every category

Campus Life

5

Wel the college campus is not that good i would say there's no playground or park or a gym bcs its mad on top of a mountain which makes it even harder to maintain a good campus a festival called atimulus occurs here every year and apart from a freshers oat and a farewell party as well and along with that many important days are celnrated and the college even organize competitions as well which is fun

Hostel Facilities

4

Accomodation is not that great i would say they don't have single rooms.they have rooms with 3,4 5,6 and even 9 beds as well. The hostel fee is 10,000/ year, and you pay separately for your mess fees, around 80/day, and you can pay monthly for your mess fee as well. The meal quality is good.

Admission

As a government college this college offered great coarse in great fees so obviously i had to choose this and also i was given this college in counselling bcs i had topped the entrance exam I didn't get rejected bcs i didn't apply for any other college i was most satisfied with what i had gotten in my counselling process You take the entrance exam and based on your score and cutoff You're a given a college where you take admission.

Faculty

4

Faculty members are hardworking, and they explain all of your concepts nicely. They even do demonstrations on patients to teach you better. As an r year program, my exams happened once just annually.ofc there were internal exams and tests and demonstration of procedures that they take to make you skill full

Night Life

5

No nightlife here, lol. Strict hostel rules as its a girls college the mess and cafeteria is good and they nake good snacks. The timings for summer in a hostel is till 7:30 pm and in winter is 6:30 pm The college works from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course, bsc nursing is very common these days because of the job opportunities and money. This is the same reason for me to take this course and also I like biology subject so I thought it will be easier for me to study nursing. But actually it's very different. We need to work really hard in this field. It's very hard to study. We need to focus more on studying other than anything. I just got into the college. It's been only 2 months so we are only having weakly tests now. And the tests are ok. Most of the students get passed.

Placements are good every student gets placement with the best perks and benefits. The average package is 2-3 lakh and the highest can be any number depending on the skills you have and the communication skills. I will prefer to do a master's in the same field from the foreign institutes due to top my interest in this field.
