Likes
- I liked that my college was on the oldest medical college of north india as well as of Himachal Pradesh.
- It has more than enough qualified facilities in every department.
Dislikes
- The college campus is not closed it has an open campus. Which means the different buildings of the institution are not at one place these are scattered all over the town.
- Through we have a lot of infrastructure we don't have that much space. And the building is seemingly old.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course if MBBS is very large as it has 19 subjects. The course is 5.5 yrs long in which the final year is internship. Due to its large syllabus the tests and exams occurs frequently. In this course the first year is pre clinical second and third year is para clinical and the fourth year is of clinical subjects. The teaching method consists of both thoery and practical. From 2nd year onwards we get to have the clinical exposure as we have our clinical postings in various departments in the hospital.
Likes
- Great exposure of patients due to a very large patient flow
- Specimen and other instrument which are in abundant quantity so that they are in reach of every student
Dislikes
- Campus is shorter one and has less no of lecture theaters
- Gynae hospital is far away from main hospital and it's very hectic to go there
Placement Experience:
As it is a medical college there is nothing like placement. The student only become eligible after getting the degree because of the reason that we will be dealing with real alive human bodies. The plans after this are basically becoming a medical officer or persuing NEET PG exam.
Likes
- I do like the faculty of my college as the teachers are very good and experienced in their fields of knowledge.
- The college have an anti ragging policy as well which I personally like the most.
Dislikes
- The sanitary facilities are not good in the college.
- No good interaction between seniors and juniors.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum related to this course is very vast yet interesting and this course do prepare us for real world as well by making us interact with live patients and give them treatment according to their need , the exam's difficulty level is to some extent is high but if the concepts are clear then it would be easy to clear the exam.

- I don't like hostel of my college and I don't like hostel mess food
- I don't like the infrastructure of my college

I want to be in medical field that's why I chose this course. The curriculum help us to adjust in every situation. And study hard. The area for improvement in the curriculum and teaching method is teaching method should be interesting and easy so every one can learn easily. The frequencg and timing of exaM is 3hrs and that is enough

- I didn't like the infrastructure of the college
- The staff of college is not co operative
Placement Experience:
In the end of the 4 year or in the 8 semester there is 6 month internship for the students . The package is according to the hospital the average package is 30000 and after my degree i want to do my practice work in clinical area .

- I like curriculum plans in this course and subjects
- I like celbration in this college and extracurricular activities
Dislikes
- I dislike strictness in this college very strict
- I don't like some teacher because they are very strict
Course Curriculum Overview:
Curriculum aspects are well maintained and have better options in future jobs like becoming teacher, clinical instructor and teaching method is well maintained timing exam 3 hours and difficulty level need some improvement
Likes
- Management is quite good. Mangement head always keep in touch with us.
- Teachers always take responsibility to teach students properly.
Dislikes
- But i more i dislike, hostel distance is very far from college
- Hostel road condition is very bad. Water supply is also in limits
Placement Experience:
At last semester student will eligible for campus placements.There are many hospitals come for interviews like Apollo , Max , Fortis, Medanta etc . After getting degree I try for illets coaching or direct exam then I try to go abroad for further studies even job.

- I liked the college because it give us good clinical exposure
- I like the mess food of the college it's very tasty
Dislikes
- I didn't like the campus of the college because there is no playground
- The teachers of the college are not that much co operative
Placement Experience:
The college give placement in madanta Apollo hospital and motherland hospital and and the package is different according to the hospital the package is approximately 20000 and 30000 per month . And students with more 60% get package
