Course Curriculum Overview

4

As i mentioned earlier the curriculum is designed in such a way that students are helped in their phusical appearances, their public speaking and all those preparing for net jrf can easily be helped by studying thr way they have deigned the curicullum nad syllabus. Four papers that thry are teaching are wpt, political thought, governance, comparitive politcs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fess that i pay is 26000/ year the course i am doung is MA political science. There is no category fees as such, everybody has to pay the same fees. At the time of admission i paid Rs 30,000 in which 5k is refundable and 12k is tuition fees, 5k goes to alumni fund, 5k is admission fees and rest is applainces and facilities charge. Scholarships are available for economically backward children. They will have to consult with the college administration to avail the services given within this particular scholarship. Mostly students are from the muslim background but i did see diversity. Different students form categories and states are also admitted. Maximum strength of the class as of now is 35. Admission is merit based, they prioritise people who have good score or above 7 cgpa in their graduation for ma pol science.

Campus Life

4

College life is really diverse but mostly muslims, that forsnt mean we dont find people from other communities, i havr classmates form nagaland assam manipur bihar uo haryana mp and sourh too. So yes diversity exists. People admitted in my vourse are very keen to make friends and are alsways ready to talk and engage in healthy conversation

Admission

Honestly i chode this college as i failed to meet the deadlines of fillimg the form in cdntral universities, but again speaking honestly i dont regret my decision taking admissions here, the campus is really big. Morever i was admitted in the college thru merit sustem my score in grad was 7cgpa

Faculty

4

So the system is pretty basic as followed in any institution. Its a semi govt body that means half private and half govt. faculty is really average, but at the same time really hardworking. Unit test 1 would take place in the month of November semester 1 will get over by the time we are in the Month of February. We enter in the 2nd semester in the month of may and again around September to November assignments presentaions and tests will be conducted and semester 3 will wind up till December. Semester 4 will be concluded by the end of may. There are 4 papers syllabus is distributed evenly in the 4 semester. The course is planned in such a way that net/jrf aspirants are helped to clear their exams. Comparative poltics, western political thought, politcal thought and constitution and governance are four papwra that they are teaching in the current year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have always held that the training I recieved during my masters programme prepared the grounds for my future development. The teaching pedagogy was centres around participation and a two way dialogue. I am not in the capacity to be suggesting improvements in curriculum as my stint in the university was almost perfect- more than I could have ever asked for.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well designed by the renowned professors and faculty members from different universities in India and from abroad as well. The content was choosen keeping in mind to cover all the aspects of the specific subject for a pg student. As I mentioned before, the quality of study material was very good and helpful and very enough. But the pg thesis is missing from our course, due to which we were not able to do a research project. It appears to me after the completion of my first year that we can do our research under our given faculty but it wasn't mentioned in the course structure as it is mainly upto our faculties.

In IGNOU, you can study from anywhere because the courses are offered in distance and online mode. You don’t have to attend regular college; you can study at home using the books, PDFs, and online lectures. IGNOU also provides online teachers through live classes, recorded videos, and doubt-clearing sessions on their online platforms. Course Curriculum Overview:

For the course i must say that this is something everyone needs to study about even if it's for just a part. We have ethics, moral, cultural relativism and etc. In our syllabus and it all really help to make our thinking rational, to see World from that point of view from where one can see the clarity. It's really necessary for improvement in personality and making good decision. I think there's need for making this course more practical like teaching, we can teach students about essentials of philosophy for there betterment of decision making from an early age.

The course that I opted for is Political Science and it is very relevant to the exam that I am preparing for. I often take help of the online material they provide. It is often recommended curriculum for UPSC/MPSC/political journalism. However they need to provide teachers or short video lectures do that the course become comprehensive.
