- The schedule of classes are the worst part there are days when you have break of 2 hrs between classes which wastes a lot of time and especially for students who live in delhi
- If you wish to pursue a professional course you might face difficulty as there is a lot to do in college and you hardly gets time to study
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum of my course is vast and practical which helps you in future , the course is difficult but if you are able to do the course than you are future ready .only one exam per semester is taken but the difficulty level is good so you cant get good cgpa by studying one night before exam
Placement Experience
I am still in first year so dont have much idea but in general eco hons gets the highest placement from the college according to past trends (applied only for commerce) if i wont get placed through college then i would apply for off campus hiring or pursue an professional course
Fees and Financial Aid
My course fees was 17000 a year , my friend from science department also paid around 17000 so it revolves around 15-17k . There was no breakown of fess provided. College do not provide financial aid but their are many scholarships for students which you will get to know post admission
Campus Life
My social life in college is great there is alot to discover in college itself and with friends everything becomes more fun , there are a lot of society events also going on which are fun and infrastructure is old but good
Hostel Facilities
Before shifting to hostel i was in a pg for a month and i must say hostel life is way much fun . Food is extremely good with desert every night and the staff here is also good for entering into college hostel you need to fill the registration form and wait for the allotment list
Admission
I got this college through CUET and this course and college was my 9 preference i applied in all colleges which comes under UOD , i did not make into my dream college due to its high cut off which is difficult to acheive atleast when you are from general cateogary
Faculty
The faculty of my college is highly qualified , they justifies the hype of DU , there is only 1 final exam for the semester which is taken by UOD college can take any number of exams according to them , aacording to my experience the difficulty of papers are high
