ZHDC review

Everything surely has some good as well as some bad aspects too and ZHDC might also have but Can't think of any right now.

Undergraduate courses are of three years and 6 semester so exams are held within the span of every 6 months. The course curriculum is overall good and relevant practical and research are done depending upon the course and its needs. College provide plethora of facilities and resources to the students to help them in every possible way to make them ready for the future in a professional way.

There is a placement cell in ZHDC which works for making it even better. But it's understood that one can get access to a good job with just a bachelor's degree in hand so to get a good paying job we need to complete a master's at least.

There are a number of events celebrated within the campus which helps the students to get along well. Apart from that, the college has a good enough canteen which provides amazing food at reasonable prices plus it has a well maintained spacious library which can be accessed by any student and has air-conditioned classrooms so in and all the college provides all the facilities needed and is worth a take.

The best part of studying at Delhi University College is the fee structure because you get far better facilities at very very reasonable prices. So coming to the fees structure you will get you ug degree at around rs 10,000/year but it's approx and varies from college to college and course to course.

Most of the colleges provide scholarships on the basis of merit either at the time of admission or after the first semester of college but I'm not sure about ZHDC.

Talking about the campus, it's one of the off campus colleges which has spacious, green campus. Being the oldest college of du the infrastructure reflects its timeless beauty. Labs are quite good and maintained. Sitting area, cafeteria, common room, library, ac classrooms, awesome faculty every other thing just adds a tick mark to the college

Seniors are friendly and since it's a complete anti ragging campus so it makes the environment even better.

The admission in undergraduate courses in this college is purely merit based for all the programs i.e. on the basis of class 12th marks. However, the college provides the basis concession in percentage for the minority and reserved groups. But like other places, there is the entrance for PG courses. Since the college holds a good reputation so cutoff is considerably high so make sure you scope on an average a good percentage to get in.

ZHDC is no doubt one of the best off campus college with all the necessary facilities and an amazingly supportive faculty. All the teachers and coordinators are very friendly and helpful and always willing to help wherever and whenever needed. Education wise also they are highly qualified in their respective fields and teach wholeheartedly.
