it’s a very vibrant college with a lot of extra curricular activities
teaches a lot of good values, a lot of exposure
very good space to socialize and meet new people of different diversity

Dislikes

sometimes it can get a little hectic due to the assignments and projects clashing with program dates
attendance is very strict, sometimes it can be very hectic

i have always been interested in media and communication as i have always loved to be on stage and anchored a lot from the time i was a kid. and psychology my second major, i've wanted to do study as well to help people. so whne i found out in 10th grade that christ offers,the exact course i wanted i thought of applying for it.

Internships Opportunities

I am still a first year so i don't have much information but my friends have applied to places like tresvista and deloit, manorama etc which are all well recognized companies. christ has very good internship opportunities, that also being one of my reasons to apply here

Placement Experience

The placements are pretty good in my campus, i have heard of people being placed in manorama news for their internships. i'm still in my first year, so i don't have first hand experience when it comes to such things but i have only heard of good things

Fees and Financial Aid

i am doing my degree in both media and communication along with psychology hence a double major, my fees are almost 2.2 lakh per year i am an nri hence i am paying the nri fee but the normal fee is about 1lakh

Campus Life

I have been in this college for only about 3 months now and i have been involved in a lot of extracurriculars like emceeing; theatre and dancing. so yes christ has provided me with multiple opportunities to explore new things

Admission

I picked christ because it offers the exact course i want and also because i've heard of multiple good opportunities that the media department receives and i would love to be in such a college with a lot of extra curriculars and also a good faculty i got into other colleges but christ has always been a. dream.

the faculty members are very caring and sweet most of them are like your parents and they are also like your friends they take care of you and are there for you whenever needed. they are strict also when it's needed, but only when it's necessary

Course Curriculum Overview:

- curriculum specially for BA is not like how you see in other universities it's a comprehensive curriculum where your also studying subject like AI learning, data analysis, regional languages and so much more it is a comprehensive course which is not only focusing on your major but also on an overall development of you as a student.. - well we are not only getting in-class lectures but we also have a internal component of internship every year which helps us get an experience of real world situations and job market. -There is one course called numbers we have that could be improved it basically talks about mathematical in economic applications numerical implications particularly which has not been given more thought on it could be more elaborated and structured well. - frequency is high and difficulty is moderate usually.

St claret - an honest review

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Students arw given chances to take exams and get job opportunities from there. Field trips and internships, orientations, talk shows are organized to prepare students further before stepping out for jobs. They can either take the placements they get or opt for higher studies, which is what i am doing as a degree in psychology alone does not grant a wide scope in the jobs spectrum.

My Best college life

Placement Experience:

The placement training is providing by the college. And placement is also there. Ey, Deloitte, others companies also come to the college for the placement. The average package the company's provide is 7 lakh per annum. They 75% of students how are applied for the placement are getting the jobs. My plans after the degree is to go for higher studies.

Speaking of psychology and Criminology, hands on to their interactive classes with real life examples which makes learning more interesting, the department also held orientation programs and sessions for students. Speaking of English department they need to improvise the faculty for the English departmentm rest eveything is great.

Remarks:

I liked the course provided by this college. The subjects are different for every semester and the aura is splendid. This college provides a very good faculty which not only is good at keeping up with academics, but also is great in keeping a good rapport with their students. There is a whole variety of extra curricular activities which brings out the core personality of every student. I for a fact, had stage fear. But after I chose MIC, I really started getting over it.
