Likes

The vibe of college is so positive. You will really enjoy here. Being a girls college the campus is really safe and makes you feel homely. Campus area have a cafe that will be your pass time place.
Faculty members are really interactive and they will help you in every field apart from academics.

Dislikes

Campus is a bit small compare to the seats they have.

Course Curriculum Overview

University curriculum is really good. But the additional subjects such as SEC and VAC would have been good. If we would have been given more practical insights and not only theory thing. Rest I think the paper Pattern is not that tough for the semester annual exam.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 15000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Per semester fees for Bcom hons is 15000-20000. It can vary every year as the college is adding new infrastructure. There are chances for fee waiver for people who have annual income of less then 4 lakh. There is no as such reservation thing in fee structure.

Campus Life

My overall experience as a student here is really good. I met really good people and it was worth to coming this far from home to pursue my graduation here. The library wil be your go to place to study and the lab is equipped with chromebooks. Societies of the college is really happening and one must join them.

Admission

Gargi is reputed college and one of the best college of DU. Area where college is located is one of the posh area of Delhi. I chose this college for its academic excellence and environment this college holds. You can get a seat in this college if you score 700+ for general category in your CUET exam.

Faculty

Faculty members are really good and very helpful. They will guide you through your academic journey. Faculty members are adequate compare to the seats college offers. There will be IA and CA for you which will give you 70 marks rest 90 marks will be your theory paper of University exam.

My colleague life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum was to the point. Everything was explained nicely in books provided to us and faculty, teachers were very good. They were passionate about their job . I personally had no problems with timings or frequency of exams. I can't comment on areas of improvement either.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have interest in the course so i chosed this course. The curriculum preparation for the real world application is ok . I don't think so there is need for improvement in anything related to curriculum. The timing for my exams is in the morning 10 am . The timing is different for every exam .

Delhi University -A boon or a bane

Placement Experience:

Most of the DU colleges don't have a great placement opportunity but the DU tag itself helps one to get good placement.most of thd placement happens in north campus colleges. 20-30% of students gets placed.

LIFE AT LADY SHREE RAM COLLEGE FOR WOMEN

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is good overall as it provides us with many opportunities. Many companies have visited in the past, and many students have been placed in higher companies. This year, one student got a 48 lac pa placement offer, which was one of the highest in the whole of Du University. The highest was 48lac, and the average are 7 to 10 lac. My plans after completing this degree are to start my own business or pursue higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since I studied commerce I wanted to pursue either bcom hons or bcom program. I would say it's 6/10 in terms of real world applications of the curriculum. More practical knowledge should be given. I would say exam were hard but timing was okay.

Super duper GARGI.

I choose over others like kamla nehru college or jesus merry college because of its strong NRIF rank and academic reputation, excellent infrastructure, and better alumini network . The faculty is highly qualified and the college offer good placement offers. I did face rejection from vanky college due to their higher entrance cut off but i belive my current college is also soo much better. The admission process was also straightforward accepting scores from cuet with cutoffs based on courses. My score was 752 out of 800 .
