College with good placement and grea for persuing in IT.

I chose CSE because i was interested in programming. The first year of the course is irrelevant for industry. I would suggest to update the curriculum given that its very old . The semester exams are every six months.

The internships are mostly by ieee student branch aot. There are many projects that are done. Cse students get iei students chapter of cse . It is is given in 2nd year to the students that are interested.

The placement is very good, almost all students got placed . The average is 550000 per annum. Students are eligible for campus placement from 7 th semester highest was about 9 lpa. 99% students get placed. I plan to opt for m tech in 1st/2nd tier unis

I will be paying 50000 per sem which is every six months and plus some other things that needs to be paid the admission fees is 1 lakhs and other management fees lab fees would be around 6k i. Total. The caution money is 12k rupees. Financial aid is just the loan given by the west bengal government. My batchments pay the same fees but tfws pay 1.5 lakhs in total of 4 years

Many fests are here like arcadia and others like tech fest. There is out college library with a huge number of books. The facilities available in the classes are like of a normal school. The clubs include agile for sports acclivities for environment, acuity for tech based innovation

I applied for many college, one of them was heritage institute of technology. But i didn't get cse there and also got UEM kolkata but the facilities and placements were not as good and also the fees was higher. We get admission through the exam wbjee

The ratio is 1:25. The teachers are very approachable. Our physics teacher SMC sir is the best one his teaching style is very practical and also our programme teacher. I didn't find any faculty that i didn't like. There are semester exams and also 4 CAs the exams are hard enough and you would need to study hard to get good marks. The syllabus is kind of old.
