Few subjects are outdated like in 3rd sem they teach you java for Oops but when you get to 5th sem for all AI student its python bit nothing to worry as they will be changing curriculum for upcoming batches the exam difficulty is decent if you sit and study before exam you can pass but if you want a good gpa you should study very hard there is nothing like important topics and all you should read everything.when it comes to real world application we will have training in 3rd year which will make us job ready

As of today September 2024 there are no placement round that happened in banglore campus as its new but the 1st batch 2021-25 will have their placement in main campus so the average is around 13LPA but our batch(26) will have placement here it slef so we are expected good placement than them as we will get more companies than main campus so based on pervious stats 80% have got placed and least package is 8LPA and highest is 42LPA the college will train you and push you to get better placement you should just liste. To them and follow by maintain decent gpa(7) in 2022 around 185 companies visited manipal including manjor companies like amazon Microsoft oracle Nvidia. And the requirement for sitting in placement for few companies are way low like amzon requirement were 5gpa so its easy to get opportunities but you should use them completely

For my batch 2022-26 the first year course fee is 3l for first year and 509000 for next 3 years but its has increased for batch of 2024-26 its now 5l for all 4 years and hostel fee depends on what type of you take its 182000 per year if you choose 3 sharing common wasroom and it can go upto 3 14 000 for single share AC with attached bathroom

Clubs are all new but they are making progress like making very good events and getting student to involve and going out and participating in other colleges and Winnings them also like a good clud named codex they participated in many hackethons and won them the sports are all available like cricket volleyball football and every year we will have fest names revels which is conducted in manipal where almost all karnataka colleges like nit suratkal and all will participate in sports events. When we talm about library all the necessary books and journal are available and if anything is not available based kn your demand they will provide you immediately and the central library is under construction so when its done we will have fill pledged library with all the resources

Hostel facilities are great as they are well maintained and premium the food quality is very good but the taste is decent as it has to satisfy all students from different parts of india we will non veg like 4 time a week and biryani on Sundays which is great the menu keeps changing every week there are 2 service providers chef touch and blue dove chef touch is great and blue dove is just a fancy gimic. If you want to join in campus hostel you will get a notification from college after your admission letter you can choose from various options of room based on availability choose 3share common as it is less fee and its give you a feel of college and friends rather than luxury and loneliness which is in single share rooms. The locality is completely surrounded by bsf campus so there are next door shops so we should go to near by area called baglur which is 80rs in an auto to go and get your things we have in campus marts and stalls where you can get most of the stuff

To get into this college you should write MET which is conducted by manipal it self there is no other way of getting admission like donation and all are not encouraged but you can get admission in international quota which cost way more than normal the cutoff is close to main branch which is around 12000 for ece if you want good branches like ai or core you should be below 7000.I choose this college because its in banglore so we have many opportunities and its less crowded i also got in vit vellore and srm but they are very very crowded and they get placed in a mass recruitment manner which is not seen in our campus and i didn't make it jee as i couldn't make it general cutoff which is 96 percentile and all other colleges are too crowded

The faculty are mostly good for all major subjects the ratio is good like 1:30 few faculty are very good like 1st year physics facult anand pal he is very friendly and he has many connections which can help you at any level related to physics.when it comes to exams we will have 4 parts which are 1.quiz which is mix of mcq(mostly) and fill blanks for 10 marks 2.mids which is 2hr exam with mcq and 2 to 3 mark questions for 30 marks 3 assignment which differ every year 1 year it will be some questions which you have solve and write 2nd year it will a Coursera course and 3rd year it will be a project regarding to that subject 4 end sem which is 3hr 50 marks exam with only writing part
