What Students Say

Likes

You will be passed exam easily and teachers are not that strict.
Campus is big and you will get good area to play any outdoor sports.
College staffs are very helpful you will never get trouble in any documentation.

Dislikes

You will not get that good quality of education there.
There is no placements here you gonna get a degree only.
No internship just passing exams and get the degree no any practical skill you will get.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is pretty good. There are two Bsc in physical science course first is bsc physical science with computer science and second is bsc physical science with chemistry. In both the course you will be study mainly 3 subjet. In first course you will study physics math and computer science and in other you will study physics maths and chemistry.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 18500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In maharaja agarsen college there are only two type of fees will be taken 1st tution fee and 2nd examination fee. Tution fee will be around 17k to 18k per year and examination will be around 1200 to 1800 per semester.

Campus Life

You will get very good social entertainment. In maharaja agarsen college you will get everything that a modern college provides gym, big campus and equipment. If you like sports you can play with full pasion no one gonna trouble you.

Admission

If you are very serious about your study then go for a Hons degree I think there is no reason to do three subjects together. For example if you like mathematics just go for mathematics Hons. And choose college wisely and in this case this college is not good for you.

Faculty

Faculties are not that good here very like only 3-4 teachers are only have deep insights of subjects others are just like don't have deep knowledge in subject. If you are coming here for education don't come but if you need a bsc degree to go further then this college if for you.

Companies like Google, Deloitte, KPMG, HDFC Bank, Maruti Suzuki, McKinsey, etc visited our college for placements and recieved over 200 placement offers in the latest year 2025. Highest package of Hindu College is 36.5 LPA and the average package is 11.4 LPA. Hindu College has a high placement rate of 95% of eligible students securing a placement here. My plan is to prepare for UPSC or SSC-CGL after my degree.

I chose this college based on infrastructure as there wasn't much information available about this college online. Alsoz on the du official website, this college is mentioned as North campus which was a confusion for me at that time as I thought it was true but it wasn't as this is an off campus college of Delhi University. The admissions in the whole of University of Delhi is based on CUET scores. The preferences need to be filled by the students and then he/she is allotted the college according to the cit off and the scores. The subjects that need to be taken in cuet should be the same as in 12th boards. For humanities/arts courses the scores are out of 800. So, for arts courses the normal cit off for general category students are around 650, for obc students around 500 and for sc/st is much lower....Read More

MAC is magnificent!!

Same as CUET as all the colleges listed under DU has the same process. Its not that 12th percentage are ignored they too are calculated but ultimately the winner is CUET. Definitely MAC was not the first choice as it was the Hindu College but never mind MAC was good too....Read More

My personal experience of MAC

Earlier I got admission in Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar college university of Delhi but Then I got this one in second round of admission. And I choose this one because of it's fee structure that is less compared to others. And for the admission you have to appear in common university entrance test (CUET) conducted by NTA then you have to apply for the admission through Delhi University's counselling process which is common seat allocation system CSAS then according to your score and college preference you'll get your admission....Read More
