The curriculum that influenced me to choose this course is the university.i personally like delhi University and it's environment so it's influenced me to choose this course and college and I am a commerce student also so I wanted to do bcom honours as a graduation

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 13000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure of first year is 12000 and second year is 14610 it's increase year vice .The total fees for this course from Delhi University is around 45000 of 3years I'm my college Zakir Hussain Delhi college

Campus Life

I enjoy in campus because of its fests they are amazing Delhi University have amazing fest in which big celebrities will perform and they gave us proper entertainment and sports facilities are there in campus.

Admission

I applied for SRCC and Hansraj and many other colleges do Delhi University but I didn't score well in cuet so I got Zakir Hussain Delhi College but the college is good beyond my expectations and I love it.

Faculty

Faculty members are good in my college They are helpful to students.i personally like commerce faculty head he is very kind towards students and helpful .there are two semesters in my college and most of tha students are able to clear the exams

LIFE AS A DU SOL STUDENT

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since it is open learning university..they couldn't give us time.. because the class also got started 1 month before exam...and teachers had to finish...the syllabus. But they don't really care about us. And syllabus I think is okay .. in Commerce. It is updated.

Overall College life experience.

Placement Experience:

After completing 4 semester you are eligible to sit into on-campus placements i.e. after completing your second year. Companies start to arrive in final year or pre final year of you're going for 4 year degree. Big 4 companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PWC and other companies like accenture, zomato, airtel can be seen in placement season. Average package is 4-5 LPA ranging from college to college and depends individual skill set and practical experience. Highest could go upto 22LPA in our college. Half of the students gets placed during the season but not all. After competition of degree students can pursue various courses like CA, CS or praper for CAT/GMAT.

This college is not good enough for upgrading skill and knowledge.

Placement Experience:

SSNC have a placement cell which provides internship details and also shat company hiring details. 3rd and 4th semester students are eligible for internship Highest average package is approx 12 LPA and average price is approx 5LPA and actually I don't know which company give the highest and to whom.

Students get placements in the last semester before the last exams as per my knowledge the average package is 4 to 5 lpa and highest package was 15lpa . Not all the students get placed from the college only the one's with good skills and some experience about the work are chosen.

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

My course that is bcom hons is really nice but as my college has no active placement sell it is of no use.. You'll have to work on your skills by ur own also have to study on ur own only a few teacher take classes lectures seriously

A first look at Zakir Husain Delhi College.

I applied to colleges like Jamia Millia Islamia but I fell short of the cut off marks. It was mainly due to the reason that I hadn't really prepared for the examination as I was busy preparing for my boards and CUET. The admission process for Zakir Husain is the same as any other college of Delhi University. The applicant has to appear for the CUET examinations and select the subjects according to the requirements of his course.
