Course Curriculum Overview

This Course includes subjhects like - physics , maths which best suits to me. but the course just lacks in project. The project must be added in order to get new skills and norms. The frequency of exams is around four times a year including Practicals and are moderately difficult.

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 16000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fee of Our B.sc in Physical Science is around 16000 including all the other charges like for library and all. There is no reg. fee as the MAC is connected to University of Delhi you just have to pay application fee on DU Portal at the time of application. There are various scholarship schemes mainly for the students from SC/ST background.

Campus Life

The overall experience with my college life is good enough , focusing in social aspects i've joined various clubs like Spic Macay which conducts traditional thme fests and i've also joined for the NCC which gave me a better confidence in the field of defence to go ahead. The college lacks in annual fests but there are so many social groups and clubs which are very good and hires actively throughout the year.

Admission

This course comprises all the subjects best for me that's why i've selected this course and on comparing it with other private colleges for Bachelors in Physical Sciences it stands out because of it's Fee structure and the exposure i've got here. The admission Process at our time is Cut-off basis but nowadys the admission is through CUET.

Faculty

Faculty members in my opinion are all good and in my opinion the relationship of every student with every teacher is good enough. All the teachers are good. There is a teacher in Helpdesh - Vishal , I don't like him just beacause he don't have basic atticates ; How to talk and all and even thinks that - He's Supreme. There are Two exams in a year (i.e. - Two Semester Year) and the difficulty is moderate.

The placement cell of Sri Venkateswara College is good and brings some big names like big 4 for placement The highest package was around 24+LPA and average is around 7-8 LPA for a variety of courses . Placement Experience:

The placement cell of Hansraj College is quite active. You are eligible to sit for campus placement offers from 5th semester onwards. Companies like Deloitte, capgemini arw frequent recruiters for several posts and positions. The highest offered package is somewhere around 22000 with the average being at 700000-800000. Not all students get placed on campus, however thr hands on training and learning makes you industry ready, making you eligible amd worthy to apply for off campus placement opportunities. Many students prefer not to sit for campus placements and rather opt for higher studies after graduation. I plan to do the same after getting my undergraduate degree.

Life in RAMJAS

Course Curriculum Overview:

Cource curriculum is highly relevant. It covers fundamental and advanced concepts of zoology , which was the main reason I choose this course. Subjects like human physiology, biochemistry, biomolecules, comparative anatomy of vertebrates, animal behaviour, ...etc. are highly interested and align with my interest. Practical components help in developing and understanding concepts more clearly. However, real world applications is limited. Curriculum prepare students well for further academics for PG or other competitive exams. Exam system is conducted at regular intervals with Internal assessment and semester end. Timings are appropriate . Difficulty level is moderate to high.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For B.Sc (Hons) Mathematics at Hindu College, the curriculum follows the latest DU UGCF?2022 structure, so it covers both strong theory and some modern applications. The main reason to choose this course is the depth in core areas like Calculus, Algebra, Real Analysis, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations and Probability, which builds a very solid base for higher studies like M.Sc, data science or research. There are six semesters with continuous internal assessment plus end?semester exams, so students study regularly instead of only before finals. Exams are usually moderate to difficult because questions are concept?based, but the pattern is fair and gives weightage to assignments, tutorials and attendance. I chose this college based on infrastructure as there wasn't much information available about this college online. Alsoz on the du official website, this college is mentioned as North campus which was a confusion for me at that time as I thought it was true but it wasn't as this is an off campus college of Delhi University. The admissions in the whole of University of Delhi is based on CUET scores. The preferences need to be filled by the students and then he/she is allotted the college according to the cit off and the scores. The subjects that need to be taken in cuet should be the same as in 12th boards. For humanities/arts courses the scores are out of 800. So, for arts courses the normal cit off for general category students are around 650, for obc students around 500 and for sc/st is much lower....Read More

MAC is magnificent!!

Same as CUET as all the colleges listed under DU has the same process. Its not that 12th percentage are ignored they too are calculated but ultimately the winner is CUET. Definitely MAC was not the first choice as it was the Hindu College but never mind MAC was good too....Read More

My personal experience of MAC

Earlier I got admission in Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar college university of Delhi but Then I got this one in second round of admission. And I choose this one because of it's fee structure that is less compared to others. And for the admission you have to appear in common university entrance test (CUET) conducted by NTA then you have to apply for the admission through Delhi University's counselling process which is common seat allocation system CSAS then according to your score and college preference you'll get your admission....Read More
