- Campus is soo beautiful and very large size
- Environment is soo cool and well cleaned.
Dislikes
- Hostel rooms are soo small and unfurnished also.
- Mess food charges are high and sometimes tastes bad.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The academic curriculum is somehow good. I won't say very good. We feel very pressurized during exams .as they don't give us holidays in between exam. So all we have to prepare in one night..so that was so difficult for us but It made us learn how to manage time.
Internships Opportunities :
Many companies come for the internship. In my department, we have to do summer internship which is compulsory for everyone. So we applied outside the campus. Some internships are paid and some are unpaid
Placement Experience :
Students can apply for campus placements from first semester itself. But most of the companies demands for final year students. The average package was around 8-9 lpa . Almost 80% students got placement in my department. I will pursue PhD after the degree.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Last year the mess charges has increased twice almost. In my department the fees was around 40000 per sem including mess .but it got increased in last sem now it is around 60000. There is waiver in tution fees of SC/ST candidates.
Campus Life :
There are many cultural activities,fest .we can enjoy them with our friends. Also festival are celebrated in the whole campus. Campus environment is soo good. There are different clubs, social groups , sports, we can involve any of the above .
Admission :
For masters in mathematics, we gave IIT jam exam . The cut off was below 1000 rank only in mathematics department. The exam was not much difficult.Difficulty level was average. Admission process was quite simple .
Faculty :
The faculty to student ratio was good in my department...it was around 1:3 . This ration really helpful in our project. Also subjects learning. The faculty members are soo helpful. We can ask our queries whenever we want.
