North Orissa University (NOU) is an open public university established in the year 1998 and is situated in the regional city of Baripada at Orissa. The University is recognized by the UGC, Bar Council of India, and IGNOU New Delhi. The University is also accredited by National Assessment & Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore with a B grade. The university has two campuses; the main campus is Baripada offering PG in eight subjects and the Keonjhar campus, offering PG in five subjects. NOU Baripada Admission
For admissions in PG courses, candidates must have an UG degree with the required specialisation and must have appeared for tests as specified by the department in the website. For few courses, admissions will be based on the result of additional interview round.

- Register yourself by filling up your personal information like phone number and email ID
- After successful registration, Application ID and Password is generated
- Candidates can log into their profile and click on Apply online

- On completion of filling up of the form, candidates need to upload photo and signature
- Finally make payment of the application fees either by Debit card/Credit card or by e-payment through internet banking
- The filled up the Application form should be printed for future needs
- The Application form (hard copy-generated after filling up the form) along with all the photocopies of the certificates, mark sheets, and documents supporting to reservation category must reach the office of the chairman, P.G. council
