Ans. The Central University of Odisha is a government institution. It was established in the year 2009 under the guidance of the government of India. It is one of the reasons why the sea is reasonable enough to suit every student. Moreover, students who cannot afford the course fee can apply for state scholarships on the state scholarship portal.
