CU Odisha Course Admission 2025: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

Ans. All the central universities in India participate in CUET. Therefore , the Central University of Odisha is the educational institution that participates in CUET from the state of Odisha. Hence, in order to get admission in the central university of Odisha, an applicant must appear for the CUET exam. 

Ans. The B.Sc + M.Sc Mathematics program at Central University of Odisha is 5 years long, with 10 semesters. The Central University accepts CUET scores conducted by the NTA for the B.Sc + M.Sc Mathematics program. To get admission in the Integrated course students have to appear for the English, Maths and Physics CUET exam.

In order to apply under the reserved categories like SC, ST, OBC (NCL), PwD applicants must provide valid proof at the time of application and counselling sessions. The admission will be based on CUET PG scores which then will be followed by a group discussion and a personal interview. Ans. The Central University of Odisha offers Masters in Business Management (MBA) of two years. The management courses offered under the school of commerce and management studies. The two specialisations offered are MBA (Logistics and Supply Chain Management) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) - General. The admission criteria will remain CUET PG followed by a group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI).

Ans. The Central University of Odisha offers 14 PG specialisations under the different schools. Moreover, the MA degree is offered in subjects such as English, Odia, Hindi, Sanskrit, Sociology, Economics, Journalism and Communication and more. The eligibility for an applicant’s desired course must be fulfilled before applying for the admissions. The admission to the PG programs will be based on the CUET PG exam scores organised by NTA. 

Ans. The Central University of Odisha does not accept GMAT or MCAT scores for admissions into the concerned courses. Applicants must have CUET scores in order to be eligible for post graduate courses at CUO. The first round of selection is the written test conducted by the Central University of Odisha. This test is then followed by a personal interview and final selection. Once aspirants appear for the written test, the merit list of the shortlisted candidates is announced on the official website of the University. Similarly, once the aspirants are selected in the interview round, another final merit list is released. Therefore, the PhD program has merit lists for the Central University of Odisha.
