CU Odisha Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

The college offers limited placement opportunities with a few companies visiting the campus annually. While a placement cell exists to support students, the number of job offers remains average. PhD scholars receive a stipend of Rs. 20,000 per month, but other students do not receive stipends for internships. Internship programs are available in select departments, such as Education, MBA, and B.Ed, with some students participating in government and research projects.

However, many students must seek job opportunities independently, and the college is planning to improve placement conditions by signing MoUs with companies. The presence of guidance and support from faculty is emphasized, yet the overall placement services require enhancement.
