The teacher are very supportive and helpful. they are the best and they teaches the foreign language from the very beginning
Overall, this department is a great place much better than any other college.

There are a bunch of societies in the university, but all are inactive and since the total strength of the department is quite low

Course Curriculum Overview

I opted ba (hons) Italian which is very rare subject which influenced me to choose this course. There is no need to improvements in teaching course the teachers are the best they teaches students from very beginning . The exam level is also moderate you only focus on classes you don't need to work hard.

Class Size: 35Course Fees: INR 5272 per year

Placement Experience

From 6th semester students become eligible for the campus placements. one can easily get placement in big companies like Amazon, Accenture etc. The minimum package offered by the company is ?6,00,000 per annum. In Ba (hons) Italian approximately 100% students get their placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees of this course (including tution fees , service fees and other compulsory charges) is very low which is 5272 rupees still there is severals of scholarships are available for students .

Campus Life

Overall this department is a great place much better than any other college.there is no crowed in this college. therefore the environment is very peaceful .But In this department you may not properly enjoy the college life because there is no stadium or place to organise events. But you will enjoy the annual language culture fest in the auditorium. As this is a department, please don’t expect the same academic and social life as that of a college.

Admission

The Department of Germanic and Romance Studies pursue for European language consists of the languages Italian, German, French and Spanish. You can obtain a B.A. (Hons.) degree in these languages. To get enrolled in this course you have to give CUET ug and meet the cutoff requirements.

There is no crowd in this college therefore the environment is very peaceful and which also enhance the quality of studies. the teacher are very supportive and helpful. they are the best and they teaches the foreign language from the very beginning

KMC and DU reality and my college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is a bit too theoretical and less practical. The exams in the college takes places every month which are seasonals and are for internal marking and then we have semester exams in every 6 months which accounts for the external marking.

A Students Life at the Delhi University as a Working Professional.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the course at Delhi Univeristy 8 out of 10. As a student, I'm receiving offline study materials via the post, however, you have to pay around 500 rupees for the books and notes when filling the fees every year.

Very good curriculum- focus on practical approach rather than theories. The relevancy is great for sure. As a students of economics majors I am greatly satisfied with the curriculum here. People with other subjects like Political Science and History are also often offered educational trips

Honestly, i would rate the course curriculum 8/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensive. At first I wanted B. Com but then one of my Aunt inspired me to take Economics hons instead . It provides a solid foundation for practical applications by blending the theoretical concepts for the real world applications

Just an Honest Review of SRCC, DU, Hostel, Delhi...

Placement Experience:

The placements of Shri Ram College of Commerce are one the highest in Delhi Univerisity. For the session 2023-23, the highest package was 35 lpa, average package was 10.15 lpa, median package was 8 lpa and the gross placement value was 51.6 crore. There were more than 100 recruiters from more than 15 sectors, including McKinsey & Co., BCG, Bain & Co., Kearny, Accenture, Delloite, JP Morgan & Co., etc. with more than 500 offers. The Placement Cell also launched an initiative of assissting people with special abilities to secure placements and interships. As of now, I have not settled to what I am going to do after graduation.

My courses is B.A italian hons if you want this course you complete you 12th class and give the entrance exam for college admission After the 12th class I want to study about languages in college soo I want to admission in college The government of India and Delhi organised the entrance exam for college admission the name of exam is CUET If you want the give cuet soo you apply the application form after the 12th The application fees depends of your cuet exam subjects if you give 4 exam in cuet soo your fees is minimum 1400 but if you give 5-6 exam soo you fees is high After the 12th Application dates announce in 1-2 months If you reserve your cuet exam soo it's beneficial for you college The exam of cuet timing are not good in my perspective and it's a difficult exam Because you have limited timing for exam and you have also negative marking in exam and your exam is not complete and times up the computer window is automatically off and you not complete you exam...Read More

An overview of DGRS

Everyone who has appeared in the CUET exam conducted by the NTA and has given exam in three domain subjects and one language subject, is eligible for this course. The application form for CUET can be found on the official CUET website. After CUET, students have to register on the CSAS portal operated by the University of Delhi and fill the preference list individually. Students who appeared in CUET exam conducted by NTA, and gave exam in three domain subjects and one language subject, are eliglible for this course.
