Likes
- The faculty The faulty here is really nice and supportive. Although all faulty is not the same but most of them are good. There are may societies and clubs which are managed by students and they give exposure to students.
- The college has a good library with all the materials required by the students.
- The college has alot of clubs and societies for student exposure and skill development.
Dislikes
- The college is a girl's college and kind of strict.
- The fest are not of very high expectations. They are very struct during the fest time. They don't allow the fest after the sunset time.
- The infrastructure like ground can be improved if managed well. The hostel facilities can be managed well.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is as per new education policy and mostly practical based. It applied in the real world and the teachers put alot of efforts in teaching. The curriculum is not much difficult but it requires frequent studies.
Internships Opportunities
Students go for internships. You have to find the internship on your own. It can be paid or even unpaid depending on the company and institution. It completely depends on the students. Faculties may help you with the internship and placements by their reach.
Fees and Financial Aid
The exams here are semester vice(2 exams per year). The difficulty level of the exam is moderate. The college also provides some scholarships for financially weak students. The cost of the complete degree is around 96000 of 4 years in total.
Campus Life
The college life here is of moderate level. The college organizes its annual cultural fest called Karvaan every year in March or April. It also organizes Departmental fests in October or November. The college consists of many cultural and noncultural societies and clubs from dance, arts, drama, and singing, to many others. It has its own sports department with experienced teachers and trainers. The college also has its own girls' hostel on its premises. The food quality is good. It has a fixed menu. All the basic facilities are provided in the hostel. The hostel is strict in its rules and regulations. Registration in the hostel is through the official website of the college. There are many PGs available within a 2-3 km range of the college.
Admission
The admission is through a CUET score. There are specific subject criteria according to the courses but usually, the subject criteria for CUET score are maths/bio, chemistry, and physics with a 33% score in language. The Admission is done directly through the CUET and DU admission portal all online. I just wanted to let you know that no written test interviews or discussions are required here.
