- The average fees comparing other engineering colleges is very low so the ROI here us very high the campus is really beautiful they have personal libraries and reading halls in every departments and so many different canteens
Dislikes
- The management here is very slow and so much politics is there all the things to be done here are done if you have any kind of source or you parents are in staff
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum - btech is a well versed and well known course the placements for btech here is good and the roi is also very high top tier companies visit jmi for the placements. In jmi all types of companies are invited for all types of students to be placed
Placement Experience
We have a mandatory internship in 6th sem and the companies visit the campus from the mis of 7th semester highest package this year was around 8 lacs for mechanical which is good and average would be around 6 lacs almost 90% students are placed
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees here as compared to other engineering colleges is very low for a year the fees is 16000 and for the complete course the total fees cones out to be 64000 which is affordable if some ppl cant afford it jamia provides scholarships for them too
Campus Life
College life here at jamia is not that good there are resitrictions for different fests but when the fests happen they are good we had celestra ted x zephyr and many other fests were different celebs came and enjoyed
Admission
The admission here is purely based on the JEE rankings and percentile the cut off for general students is very high something around 6000 there are different reservations but only for muslims and students of kashmir
Faculty
The faculty here is highly educated every single person has done his/her masters from IITs and phds from abroad. Teaching staff usually helps with different set of things helps students in different matters. They interact with students and help them sought there personal problems too.
