Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I chose Maths Honors although i had different plans but still chose it and i don't regret my decision. Maths is not only taught in Theoretical aspects but also with a practical approach through Lab sessions. The exams are not difficult if you have attended the lectures and studies the books thoroughly

Internships Opportunities

4

The internship opportunities are actually alot. Paid and unpaid both. They will give you a good experience of corporate life and enhance your CV. so do avail those opportunities. they all have different conditions and eligibility is different for all courses. Stipend is performance based. They give you tasks that you need to complete like business analysis, sales related etc.

Placement Experience

2.5

Placements are average. 21 Lac something was the highest Placement!! not everyone can grab that opportunity Ofcourse! i was dependent on college placement but my seniors gave reality check at time of orientation lol. so its better to pursue something side by side or prepare for gov jobs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is affordable. It cost me around 18000 for 1st year. Scholarships are also available like the Feeship opportunity which gives you some amount of fees back on submission of Income certificate and required documents

Campus Life

3

The annual college fest is held in Feb/ March named NEXUS. This year we had legend Mohit Chauhan as our singer. The fest is super fun. Besides it fests keep on happening one day after another in college haha. Our departmental Fest is "Exponent". and similarly other departments have their fests every year. The societies at our college...hmm.. Toxic i would say! Yes they are those creatures you see in high-school dramas lmao. ???????? I joined only one society and left that immediately. They are good source of making a social group but not my thing

Admission

I gave CUET. I am a General Category student and scored 660 out of 800 and the eligibility was to have Mathematics in 12th (compulsory) !! The admission procedure was simple. my 1sy day was on 16 August 2023, i remember lol!! in October we had internals and December-Jan finals for sem 1! As for sem 2 we had internals in march Nd finals in May-June

Faculty

5

Teachers of our department are really lenient. They can be easily approached if you face any problem. They literally teach the same thing again and again so that students can understand the concepts better. Overall, our faculty is really supportive and deserves to be appreciated

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course that i had opt for is one of the best courses available at the college itself It brings more experience and lessons for the science students and provides them with right learnings and practicals to be better in their area and to have the right knowledge These teachings were very elaborated and explained thoroughly. And the difficulty level of exams used to be somewhere between mid to a bit hard level.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Chemistry department of Kirori Mal college is one of the best in Delhi university. Most of the professors are highly qualified and take proper classes and put in extra efforts at times to help you with internships and stuff. Exams are like any other college exam, you can pass them by studying before 10-15 days, but my advice would be to study regularly as it helps build your concepts.
