Likes

I liked the infrastructure and the food prces inside college
I liked the campus life and the fests that happen
The faculty is excellent and they do give mentorship.

Dislikes

There is not much scope for major sports like cricket and football
The college have a quite bad image in people minds because of the fights that happen here every now and then
The college have a little bit of more poltics and they do castism in every field possible

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course but it was mainly given to me by CUET(UG) Entrance exam and admission policies ,the curriculum doesn't really prepare you for real world application but it gives you options for further academic pursuits.The exams happen at the end of every semester and they aren't very difficult

Bajaj capital , TCS ,etc types of companies come to the college with a average package offered of 3.5 LPA and the highest package offered is 5 LPA. 35% Of students got placed in 2022 in our college.

Placement Experience

After 4th semester students become eligible for campus placements.,TCS , Bajaj Capital , ICICI Bank, etc comes. The highest package offered is 5LPA and average package offered is 3.5 LPA.35% students gets placed every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The hike in tution fee is reasonable and decent and doesn't happen every year.The complete cost of the education is 23000 every year,I don't know the name of scholarships but there are decent amounts of money they provide and the college does provide financial aid to its students

Campus Life

Many departmental fests happen every now and then but the college fest named Sarang happens once every year. There are plenty of books and journals available in the library and the infrastructure of the college library is excellent.

Admission

Eligibility of the course is simple you should have science in 12th.As for the admission process you have to give entrance exam named CUET UG and I don't know about application date but they open after or before boards exams of 12th class. The exam happen once every year and the exam is not very difficult you can clear it with a month of preparation

Faculty to student ratio is quite good,well I will say excellent they teaching methods are quite good but not quite interactive but there are few good and interactive teachers , you can interact with the teachers anytime you want but only during college hours right.

The students become eligible for placements after second year or even third year. Companies like Google, Deloitte, KPMG, HDFC Bank, Maruti Suzuki, McKinsey, etc visited our college for placements and recieved over 200 placement offers in the latest year 2025. Highest package of Hindu College is 36.5 LPA and the average package is 11.4 LPA. Hindu College has a high placement rate of 95% of eligible students securing a placement here. My plan is to prepare for UPSC or SSC-CGL after my degree.

I applied to the entire delhi university and got this college in my first preference and overall I was satisfied with the same because of the nirf ranking of the college. Also, I heard a lot about the faculty from some of my cousins who have been an alumni of this college that the faculty is way too good.
