Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

the particular couse, i.e. B.A. Honours in Business Economics is a very prestigious course as it's a professional one and is offered in very few colleges only. the curriculum covers subjects like microeconomics, macroeconomics, statistics, mathematics, accountancy, corporate finance, marketing etc. and other than that, we get to select 4 other selectives as well, out of which, 3 depend on our choice. this is a course i'd personally recommended anyone without even thinking twice.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

the catalyst, i.e. rhe placement cell does bring is amazing internship opportunities for the students of all years. the companies that come is offer great experience and exposure which is of great help. come of the companies offer very impressive stipends as well.

Placement Experience

2

the placements are very impressive. the packages are pretty low as already mentioned, i.e. and average of 3-4 L and the highest package being of 7L. my suggestion would be take up a job for the sake of experience and prepare for CAT along with it, which will offer you good colleges and obviously good packages.

Fees and Financial Aid

the fee is pretty high compared to the fee structure of the other courses, but then again it is a professional course and an expensive one ofcourse. if it is too high for anyone, the college does offer scholarships and benefits as well, so that problem can also be resolved. the placement rate is pretty low and so are packages. the average is about 3-4 L while the highest is 7 L.

Campus Life

4

my experience so far has been pretty pleasant, with a nice set of friends, an examplory set of professors, and good exposure and chances at learning new skills that'll definitely be of use in the future. the societies and clubs are meticulous and one should definitely go for them.

Admission

one needs to have mathematics in class 11 and 12 in order to pursue the said course. the process of admission isn't very difficult. all you have to do is write cuet, and if you clear it, the university will mail you letting you know about the same, and once you receive the mail, you can easily get enrolled

Faculty

4

the faculty members are highly educated and they leave to efforts undone to share their insight and knowledge with us. and thankfully, they're very patient with us even when we ask them to repeat any concept numerous times and even with our last minute queries. they're supportive of our extracurricular activities and make sure to motivate us for the same as well. in case of any problems, they understand our side instead of being upset, and are very considerate of the same.

Course Curriculum Overview:

British classics, Indian writing, postcolonial literature builds a strong foundation in literary analysis, critical thinking, and interpretation, which are useful skills. As for comprehensiveness, the curriculum is quite broad. It covers multiple literary periods, genres, and critical theories over the three years, so you’re not really missing out on the essentials. In that sense, it feels academically complete. But sometimes, it leans more towards breadth over depth you move quickly from one topic to another.

Placement Experience:

There's a placement cell and placement drives do happen in college but genuinely the package offered is not really considerable. After the 4th semester students are considered to sit in the placement drives though I would say it is not very efficient and fruitful.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was overall good and being a economics honours courses it was challenging at times. The course offers many things for students interms of their further academic pursuits or any placement they are looking for. Talking about the areas of improvement and teaching methods there are none. The exams of the respective subject are to happen. They take test 1 , test 2 and there is final exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.
