Best College to study in

The college management was very student friendly.

I took CET, I scored average marks. This was the best college for the rank I scored. Electronics was the best branch then, While I was studying.

Course contained all the relevant subjects including all the labs like Logic Design, Antennas, Field Theory, Network Analysis, CCN, Microwaves, Microprocessor.

There were no companies which approached our campus for internship nor were there any stipend schemes. We had to search for internships in companies by ourself.

There were many companies which came for campus placements like TCS, WIPRO, L&T, Airwatch, Unisys, CMC, Subex, SAP, Huawei, MuSigma.

Technical fests used to happen in every alternate semester. The technical fests used to be called Harmonics. Cultural fests used to happen in the other semester. The cultural fest used to be very grand and known as Revamp.

The fees was dynamic. The CET based fees would be fixed by govt of Karnataka. But the management fees was quite dynamic, it depended on the rapport and reference with the management people.

There are not such scholarships or loan facilities available in Bangalore colleges as I have observed.

There used to some or the other event happening every day in the campus. It would either be extra curricular or technical summits or fests. All round the year the college would try to keep the weekends busy with events for students.

The hostel facility is very clean and good. It is maintained well and lots of rooms. The food has a wide variety for north and south indians. Non-veg would be served twice a week. The fees was quite reasonable to what other colleges were charging.

There is not much connection with the Alumni network apart from a meeting held once every year. The Alumni are actually issued with alumni cards which entitles them to enter college campus later.

Exams used to be held monthly. They were called as internals. There would be 3 internals for each semester. Best 2 of the 3 would be selected for deciding the score of your internals. And there used to be 2 externals, one for labs and one for the theoreti

The Faculty were very experienced and very helping. They would be available in campus at any time. There were different faculty for different semesters. The senior faculty were very helpful during projects.
