Course Curriculum Overview
The evolving world of technology influenced me to take this decision. This course involves every necessary aspects like data structure algorithms, coding in python, C++, JAVA and data analytics, microprocessors are also included in the subjects like GE. This course prepares you for job industry and helps you pursue the same curriculum as engineering,
Internships Opportunities
There is an internship cell available in the college which mails the different opportunities for internships to students directly of every semester, students can apply, qualify the criteria and gain an internship.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for campus placements from 5th Semester onwards. The prominent recruiters are Oxanne Partners, RSM , Wipro and quality packages are provided. Around 70% of students get placed. Highest package served was- 21LPA and average- 5-6LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee usually for all courses range between 15,000-20,000. But for Computer Science it is 26,0000 per year for the usage of labs and computers. Financial assistance is provided but there are proper procedures for that.
Campus Life
The annual event is Tryst- a two day festival. Apart from that there are society events also which are very fun. Sports competitions also happen. The overall campus life is fine, it can be improved though
Admission
The admission process was through CUET. Both science and commerce students can do this course, it just requires a combination of maths, language and 2 other subjects. A score of 500 is a must out of 800 to secure a seat in this course for the general category.
Faculty
The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:15. Faculty here provides mentorship, pays attention to students' needs, and helps them in whatever ways they can. All of them are PhD holders making them apt for teaching the students.
