Too strict about the dresscode, its a MUST to follow

Attendance required is very high, not being on time is not at all entertained

The course is good, syllabus is comprehensive. Even at an undergraduate level l, research is emphasized on which is not the case in most places. There are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow in the field.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is 75000 per year and there are scholarships available which can be applied for after admission these are entirely performance based. There is a placement cell which helps students in the process and organizes interviews with different organizations.

Campus Life

Campus life is good, there are a lot of clubs that one can be a part of. There are a lot of opportunities for sports, music, dance, theatre, social work, media, etc. However, one must balance this with academics. Maintaining certain attendance percentage is necessary to participate in events.

Admission

There was only an interview roundthe year i took admission however i believe that has since changed and now there is an entrance before the interview as well. however the entrance is based on basics that have already been covered till class 12th

Most of the faculty are good, you can reach out to them and they will help you out. They are highly educated and experienced. Faculty review is taken very seriously therefore accountability is maintained.

- curriculum specially for BA is not like how you see in other universities it's a comprehensive curriculum where your also studying subject like AI learning, data analysis, regional languages and so much more it is a comprehensive course which is not only focusing on your major but also on an overall development of you as a student.. - well we are not only getting in-class lectures but we also have a internal component of internship every year which helps us get an experience of real world situations and job market. -There is one course called numbers we have that could be improved it basically talks about mathematical in economic applications numerical implications particularly which has not been given more thought on it could be more elaborated and structured well. - frequency is high and difficulty is moderate usually.

St claret - an honest review

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Students arw given chances to take exams and get job opportunities from there. Field trips and internships, orientations, talk shows are organized to prepare students further before stepping out for jobs. They can either take the placements they get or opt for higher studies, which is what i am doing as a degree in psychology alone does not grant a wide scope in the jobs spectrum.

Placement Experience:

The placement training is providing by the college. And placement is also there. Ey, Deloitte, others companies also come to the college for the placement. The average package the company's provide is 7 lakh per annum. They 75% of students how are applied for the placement are getting the jobs. My plans after the degree is to go for higher studies.

Speaking of psychology and Criminology, hands on to their interactive classes with real life examples which makes learning more interesting, the department also held orientation programs and sessions for students. Speaking of English department they need to improvise the faculty for the English departmentm rest eveything is great.

Our college does provide placement. Big Companies like ITC, Marriott, Taj, Oberoi etc. come in and conduct interviews to select suitable candidates. And they provide a good salary as well. The average salary can be between 20 - 25 lakhs.

Remarks:

I liked the course provided by this college. The subjects are different for every semester and the aura is splendid. This college provides a very good faculty which not only is good at keeping up with academics, but also is great in keeping a good rapport with their students. There is a whole variety of extra curricular activities which brings out the core personality of every student. I for a fact, had stage fear. But after I chose MIC, I really started getting over it.
