Course Curriculum Overview

2

Talking about the course and curriculum,it was not decent .The faculty was not upto the mark. Many of the faculty standards are not impressive at all. Some how,few of the faculty members are passionate about their work. They taught you well and guides you to pave a way for brighter future.

Internships Opportunities

4

THe CDC(career development center) has ventured for uprising multiple organisation level windows for facilitating internship program to UG and PG students. It leads to efficient strucatural mapping of students for their potential recruiter, enhance pre placement offers (PPO) .

Placement Experience

4

Students are eligible for campus placements from 3rd year.If you need any information regarding the placements you can visit the college official website, there will be a list of companies visited the college in a particular year and statistics of the placements. The average pacakage is about 9LPa for chemical engineering. It will be differed when it comes to CSE,IT .THe highest package this year(2024) is about 53lpa . Many of the students will get job offers during the campus itself and few people remain jobless and they get prepare for off-campus and few opt for higher studies. Almost 80-90 percent gets placed in the college itself irrespective of the branch.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fee varies from student to student based on their category and income. For OBC-NCL(Non creamy layer) students fee waiver will be applied. For SC,ST students ,even though their income is more than 1 lakh fee waiver is applied. For general category students if their income is less than 1 lakh they will avail fee waiver, and for income more than 1 lakh they havbe to pay the fee(around 63k per semester). Students can apply for scholarships like Reliance scholarships,Foundation for excellence etc.Or you can visit globalscholarship.org for info regarding the available scholarships. For SC,ST students i recommend them to apply for NSP(National scholarship portal),which helps them to get out from financial issues.

Campus Life

4.5

When it comes to the overall experience with campus life,I enjoyed a lot.Apart from academics, they focus on social aspects and clubs. Students may get into different clubs based on their interests. If you are interested in photography there's a club associated with photography and you may get into that club.If you are good enough to lead the club or committe, you will be appointed as coordinator which you can put in your resume, might helps you in placements. The libary is vast and it has to access to many E-books too.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The hostel will be allotted based on your JEE rank in the first year and then it will be allotted as per your CGPA . They provide you a single cot bed and a cupboard to keep your things. The hostels are provided on the basis of rank because there are not enough hostels.THe hostels will be provided for 30 percent of the class and rest have to make their own arrangements. It is same in the case of girls too. when it comes to the mess menu,It is not decent. Most of the time,I opt to eat outside. The rooms are pretty good . In the case, hostel is not allotted there are many PG's available in the residing areas(Kota,DDU NAGAR,Amanaka).

Admission

Talking about the entrance exam(JEE),aspirants try very hard to get in to most prestigious colleges[NIT and IIT'S] of India. To get into these colleges ,reservation also plays a vital role along with your hardwork to get into your desired college and desired branch. I literally didn't opt for this branch or this college,it was my last option .The cutoff is about 58k-60k(AIR).On the day of admission ,I get into registration office. The admission process was quite long and you have to submit some necessary documents without fail. Some how after the admission process they also allot a temporary room in the hostel.Later on a week or couple of weeks ,they allotted permanent hostels based on your jee rank.

Other Applied Colleges

Lovely Professional University - [LPU] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)

I assume that NIT's are far better than opting any other colleges

Placement Experience:

We can do internships after 1st year and 2nd but for the placement it's in 4th year. The training and placement cell of the college has work consistently to bring reputated companies like a TCS Wipro Infosys LNT Infotech etc. the medium package for uses students is like 4 lakh per annum and PG students was about 4 to 5 lakh per annum. However when compared with some of the top tile institutions the package levels and placement percentage highlight the student themselves me to bridge through internship of campus drive and additional certifications. Another noticeable trend is that placements 10 to be more favourable for the branches like computer science and information technology where are School branches of an face lower absorption rates which is common in many engineering colleges. But here off campus placement are really good

Placement Experience:

Placement scenario is so good as per the stats . Like students are eligible for placements from there 7th sem . No. Of companies visited is around 200 (guess). Offers made 600(guess) . Highest package is 65 lpa , and average package is 9 lpa there are major two roles one is core engineering get role and other is non core data analyst role . 86 % students are placed last year . My plan is to get good placements from college itself and then after experience I will go for MBA or higher studies .

Course curriculum is very outdated and here the facilities more practical and they believe that if you want you can do other field like non-technical fields and something like government exam. There course or syllabus is not industrial ready.

Placement Experience:

Internship for the third and final year students, but not paid mostly. Placements are very few, don't expect placement from any government college in Chhattisgarh. Work on your skill. Companies like Adani came for placement for Mtech mining students. Highest package is of 3.5 lpa, He works in Bangalore. Other students do master. I am working in my skills and I will try for off campus placement or I will go abroad for master or job.

Remarks:

The college was established in 2009 and is therefore still growing. The staff and facilities are working very hard to create exceptions and achievements. As the college is comparatively new from others. Therefore, more hard work can be seen in the part of faculties. This gives students studying now a great advantage to learn and gain more.
